For the love of all that is holy stop. Maybe if you went with one set of pitch speeds, timing windows, pci sizes you could produce a halfway decent product where the mechanics were close to being legitimate.

I think switch hitters are really an advantage this year more than ever considering how hard it is to hit an inside pitch hard fair with just early being waaaay foul.

Bonds hit the most homeruns in one season. LMAO, you can justify my nuts if that’s not good enough.
If you have good swings at a very constant rate you reduce the impact of the times you get screwed.
If you take more good swings than your opponent the odds of winning increase the higher amount of good swings made than your opponent.
Pretty obvious stuff if you’ve played this game enough.

I have a beef with late side of good too, get that bar off the center of the green area… good is good, period.
Yeah, the ones where you feel like you are right on it and registers as late for a weak out are frustrating.
On the swing feedback it’s shows you in the green window too on the ones Im speaking of.
Sutton is right handed Valenzuela with a sinker. If you are playing a goon guys like Sutton or Valenzuela are better than Nolan Ryan…. etc…..

Starting at 700 from making WS last season is pretty sweaty. I think I’m up to like 840 and there are only like 70 guys that have made World Series, so it’s a race to get the rewards while they are still worth close to a million stubs.
They can have the stubs. I’m at max stubs with a end game team already does anybody even need stubs at this point ?.
I’m pretty far off from Rollins, but yeah I think a lot of guys are chasing rank points/streaming clout.

Not much has changed as you progress either. Last night I played a game at like 840 rank points and my opponent Kd 26 times to my 5(2 or 3 with pitchers.)Had to walk him off in the 10th haha.It was pretty bad…he was absolutely flailing all game while I was taking pretty solid at bats putting the ball into play.
Not like this every game of course, but you have that to look forward to.

He is still the best…tough to square up his offspeed pitches due to the weird angle and he forces you to cover the whole plate.
Sinkers aren’t the same this year, so the sinker/cutter combo isn’t quite as good on guys like Kluber.

I have not used the new Eckersley yet, but if stubs were tight there is zero chance I would lock him in over Foxx. Unless his swing doesn’t work for you, he’s at the very least a tremendous bench bat since he’s maxed va both sides and he can be a backup catcher if needed.
I went with Foxx. I figure his catcher eligibility will allow me to swap him in for Mauer in late game situations also. Thanks for the response.

Played through the events to get 20 wins for stubs…
Griffey, Moncada, Foxx…all the cards I just picked up during the event are hitting .400-.500 no lie and Mauer is at .176.
I guess the sample size it only like 40-50 at bats, but I can usually feel if a card isn’t great. Seems to just be hitting weak flies to the warning track and balls directly at the 2B/SS. I was killing it with the old Mauer. Anyone else have similar results?
I absolutely love this new Mauer. He’s been one of my best hitters from this program.
Good to hear. Funny enough he got hot after I made the post. Think he is pretty close to .300 now.

I’m honestly thinking Foxx is insane.
I don’t think any cards are better than this Foxx card.
Remove the outer pci and foul tips on poor timing swings off balls spiked in the dirt and CBREV is a savior. Not sure if that’s possible though.
How horrid swings out of the zone with bad timing are foul balls all day long with no penalty.
Meanwhile a slightly off center good timing swing is an easy out.
