Anyone face Eckersley on HOF or Above

I’m guessing he is awful like previous years correct?
I need one more Takashi card to lock in for Rollins and don’t really need another great hitter with bad defense so I’m not crazy about Foxx. I know dudes usually tee off on Eckersley though.

I have not used the new Eckersley yet, but if stubs were tight there is zero chance I would lock him in over Foxx. Unless his swing doesn’t work for you, he’s at the very least a tremendous bench bat since he’s maxed va both sides and he can be a backup catcher if needed.

I went with Foxx. I figure his catcher eligibility will allow me to swap him in for Mauer in late game situations also. Thanks for the response.

Yea I agree. Mauer is unbelievable, but in a tight spot late, I’d rather have the option to have Foxx come in vs Wagner or Chapman.

I pitched one inning with Eck on Hall of Fame. That was all I needed…he throws batting practice. His lifetime stats for my squad will be 0.1 IP, 3 ER.
In the same game I hit three dingers with Foxx who also played flawless catcher and threw out a steal attempt.

LS or RF? LS Chapman is like a Bronze now
I’ve actually had some big hits off Chapman in Ranked this year(Ernie Banks owned him one season), but I’ve pitched well with him.
For some reason Wagner has gotten shelled for
