Is 99 Randy still the best SP?

With the starting pitchers that have been released lately, for example the new Retro Finest Kluber, does anyone rate a pitcher better than Randy Johnson?

He is still the best…tough to square up his offspeed pitches due to the weird angle and he forces you to cover the whole plate.

Sinkers aren’t the same this year, so the sinker/cutter combo isn’t quite as good on guys like Kluber.

Kluber was good a few years back, but now they literally give every other pitcher the sinker/cutter combo.
