Considering legit complaints and suggestions are watered down and drowned out by all the crybaby posts that one might take a while. Also lowering the elevation of a stadium and changing a hitting engine aren't exactly the same amount of work

I think it has a lot to do with the other player being more relaxed while pitching and they make more mistakes. At least that's from my experience. I have gone down 6-0 in BR in the first inning and coming back to tie or win because the other guy starts swinging after everything and/or start throwing everything for strikes. They think they have an easy game now. I have done it also when I have a lead or what I think is a weaker opponent. Before you know it I just lost to some with 300-321 record.

Not with Griffey, but some of my outfielders will have a sudden, massive loss of IQ when the ball is headed their way, where they don't respond to my controller input properly. They'll go the wrong way, then I'll correct them, and then they won't hustle to get the ball in time. Freaking annoying.

Mind, this is happening with OFs who have high fielding and speed stats.

Alice in Chains were great and Dirt is one of my favorite albums ever. Not many bad songs on there if any.

Now I'm the guy that gets depressed by a song. That last "Live in Concert" that Layne Staley did, shortly before he died, have you ever seen that? He was clearly on his last legs, his skin was so yellow it was almost green, but he still killed it. Every song he killed it. Rest in peace, Layne.

Yes I've seen it, he was amazing. I never got to see him preform live although I wish I had.

AIC was better than Nirvana in those days in my opinion, but Nirvana got more hype. I liked them both, but AIC was more raw.

AIC was more slickly produced with more of a conventional metal edge. Not saying that they were, but Nirvana was much closer to being a 1 of 1. For a lot of people, they defined the attitude, visual aesthetic, and stripped-down style of so-called grunge.

I was just making up nonsense of course, but the uniform changing thing isn't nutty at all! I always choose a new stadium when I lose, and I keep choosing the same stadium for as long as I win in it. Got about 8 good minor league parks and Date Palm to rotate amongst. Genuine losing streaks result in name changes and uniform changes as well.

the weird thing is that events worked fine. But in true Murphy's Law fashion, the very next RS game I tried loading after posting this did actually work fine. I didn't expect it to, and I had to go #2 as the game loaded, so I messaged my opponent and said don't quit me out I'll BRB. By the time I got back to the screen, I had been forfeited as expected.

Good news is that this is working and I don't have to start reading books instead of playing PS4 over the next 12 months LOL!!!!

My favorite take on this subject was when a guy a few months back claimed he played the real Jim Abbot because the guy never moved his PCI and threw everything down the middle.

What? I have played 2 people all year that bunt cheeses. Both rage quit after the 2nd inning. Most WS players ( not myself ) either are very good at hitting ( not bunting) or just play 50 games a season and finally make it. Matter of fact most of the WS guys I’ve played have records of like 275-256 or something like that and they aren’t even that good.

Anytime a batter gets on base via hit by pitch or a walk, the Pitchers confidence is affected (because he failed to find the strike zone that AB or worse, he was just simply wild) that the very next batter gets a contact/vision boost & that will explian the frequency of Homers being allowed immediately after the previos batter was awarded 1B. Getting next out after a you gave up a walk will return the Pitchers Confidence to how it was to previous of the batter you walked.

Well. The big problem here is that they made the game way harder and hall of fame starts like at wild card. Hall of fame started in previous editions around high division series, championship series. Also all star is more difficult than previous years jn ranked seasons. Low scoring games, and just a bunch of strike outs. I am also having to compete with really good players. If i am playing average and barely wining games, and all my games with other average players are close then i don’t want to be ranked with world series, 12-0 br , or twitch tv players…. I want to be ranked with players with similar record than me not like 90-12 Or 56-4 for example…
