@SDS the May Daily Moments program has reset the entire program back to level 0. Surely this is a bug that needs to be addressed.
Now there are 35 days in the May Daily Program. I have already done the first 10 levels and now I have to do them again.
Can this be fixed please!

The month rolled over today. The first daily program was for April. This one is for May. I'm guessing it was fully intentional to start back at 1. I'm just curious why Giambi is there again.

Since the update I have got zero progression on my pitcher loadout 33% of the time. Also I still get no progression on my hitter loadout around 15% of the time. Please just get rid of this horrible system of leveling your player, as you clearly aren't capable of getting it to work properly.

I have to stay as a pitcher all year or just delete it and start over ??
Actually you can start a new game save at another position(Press and Hold Square in the main menu over the RTTS Option). But you are forced to keep the name, build and you keep all your precedent player's attributes...
Which means you'll probably start a career as a 80 ov+ 18 years old playing double AA Ball... I know it's weird...
This year RTTS is so Broken... They took all the realism away on purpose... The loadouts are a really great idea for DD but are making RTTS the worst career simulation of any sports game I've ever played... Go to the RTTS section of the forum... It's filled with angry customer's that want their game fixed or their money back...
As for me since that game has been so over hyped and has so poorly delivered, it's my last Pre-ordered game from SDS...
They want Stub Money and DD player's provide that so basically the rest of the game is broken on purpose so we're all going to DD... It's either on purpose or it's the worst series of bad design decisions I've seen in any sports game I've ever owned...
That's why I asked @collin_sds_MLBTS 3 simple questions wich I hope to get answered since on the RTTS page there's no feedback from SDS and they haven't responded to my questions in the feedback I submitted a week ago...
I hate when people make assumptions about calling RTTS a money grab. If it's a money grab then answer two simple questions. Why didn't they allow architypes to be sellable? And why do they have so many positions available per architype?
Looks to me if it was a money grab they couldv'e made it to where you can't reuse equipment per created position? Or have 0 secondary positions.

For the Reccord, you can go to the Community Market, select Equipment & Perks and buy cards to add to your loadouts...
Like I said, Ballplayer is a great idea for DD but its implementation broke RTTS and it's frustrating when you spend 100$ on a game only to find out that it's so broken...
Bring back RTTS from TheShow20, Keep Ballplayer for DD, solve the server issues and you got a mighty fine game! A game I'd play gladly until 2022 release.
Sounds simple but, knowing a thing or two about software development, I know it takes lot of effort to do... That's why I asked if it's gonna be solved or not...
Simple as that...
If they fix it, I'll enjoy the game. If they don't, I'll play a few conquest/March to October and then shelve the game and play RTTS on TheShow20. One thing for sure though, next year I wont pre-order and I'll come back here to read the feedback before making a buying decision.
Architype is not same thing as buying perks or equipment on the market.
I know... but it's a way to pay to improve your player...
You accused me of saying false things when I said that it was designed to encourage players to pay to improve their player VS the old version were your stats were mostly based on your play and your career... The fact you can buy "Diamond Contact IV" perks is what I was referring to.
Anyway, I don't want to argue with you, if you enjoy the game as it is, fine, I'm happy for you. Go and play it as you like.
For me, I just really hate the fact that RTTS is not a career mode anymore and has become a "Campaign mode". You can start lots of different campaigns but it's always the same "Ballplayer" career... I preferred the old way were each RTTS save was a distinct career.
The way they sold the game in the feature premiere was missleading when they purposely omitted that fact. I just asked 3 simple questions to know if they will fix it or not. That's it... That's what I want to know and that's the answers I'm still looking for...
I'm not trying to argue either, i'm the type of person who likes to explain all aspects for the new people so they can understand the different avenues rather than have tunnel vision of 1 peticular way.
Which is why i chose your post in regards to equipment and perks you essentially saying it is forcing people to play DD or buy equip and perks from market. And i'm sorry but that is false in the terms of "have to".
I haven't touched DD with my created player or the market. I have rewards from 1rst inning program to improve ballbpayer, and all my equipped perks i got from the RTTS task reward tree. All my equip is diamond or gold except for 1 but that attribute isn't as pressing in terms of need to max out. This is where our opinion differs. You think it encourages people to go buy perks from market, but i think it is just 1 of many ways to aquire these items. An avenue if you will for those who don't want to grind thier player.
Now as far as mode goes, i'm not sure how i feel about it yet in terms of the style? I can and have created seperate careers and i typically don't add perks or Architypes i've earned already but i'm still tinkering with it. And does so far play out different for me to this point, but jury is still out on my side with how the mode plays, simply due to server instability at this point.

So basically, you can't rely on game mechanics for realism, you must discipline yourself into respecting some "set of rules" to keep realism at a minimum level.
Kind of you yo prove the point I'm trying to put forward since last week...
RTTS was a career mode and was advertised as such. It is now a campaign mode that you enroll with the same player over and over... If that's the way they want to go with this mode, no problem, but be honest about it and confirm it... Stop advertising it as the "brand new career mode that brings a whole new level of immersion".
They do what they want with their products and I'll choose to buy it or not... The reason I'm mad is because I was sold something completely different than what was delivered and starting the 3rd weeks after release, I can't have simple answers to simple questions...

SDS please acknowledge and fix the issue where equipment stats are not counting in RTTS. People pay stubs for diamond equipment just like players and I know you'd care somewhat if it was missing cards.
We're not so angry and annoyed because everything isn't fixed. It's because you all are literally silent on all of these problems with your game. Take some accountability for once. Ghosting everyone doesn't help your case. I mean I don't know who runs your PR dept but apparently you don't have one?
I'll keep an eye out for a tweet about new content though.. thanks so much. By the way the game is great other than all the bugs and server issues. I actually really like it and I like the ideas behind the Ballplayer and connecting RTTS and DD. It's just really bad execution, and then basically sticking your head in the sand while we all freak out. -

So basically, you can't rely on game mechanics for realism, you must discipline yourself into respecting some "set of rules" to keep realism at a minimum level.

Actually i did that out of choice. I never used perks in RTTS prior to this year. I always grinded from lowest level up. I like it better when i have to grind.

SDS team could you please at least acknowledge the equipment bug we all have in RTTS mode. Honestly you could get a lot of good will with community by posting a known issues forum pin like so many other games do.

between 8-9pm ET every night, servers turn to [censored] and then surprise surprise, maintenance at dawn.

Think about this: Rob Manfred does a better job communicating problems to the baseball fan base. Do better.

FIX THE SERVERS MY GOD.
Why hasn't anyone at SDS even ACKNOWLEDGED that this is a issue??? 3 weeks in and the servers still SUCK every single night. I can barely play the game i paid $100 for because of your POS servers. Can't get a refund because i have too much time in the game, most of which is trying to get into the servers! This is ridiculous and I feel like a fool for paying $100 for a loading simulator. You guys KNEW this was coming to xbox and game pass way before the general public did and it's like you just counted the money instead of FIXING THE SERVERS. It's seriously pathetic. What compensation will be given out? Oh probably just a pack bundle where we will all get worthless common and bronze cards. SDS needs to issue refunds for this but we all know they won't do a thing and just stay silent until enough people quit playing this game and then they'll come out and say they fixed the server issue. This is SO bogus man i'm never pre-ordering this game again

Your latest update has seemed to make things worse. All the cards I try to sell will only quick sell now and all the new cards I pulled out of a pack disappeared straight after. Every day things seem to get worse and worse.

I don't, in fact, Microsoft has been rock solid for me for years - xbox and windows included.
One thing I have learned from this situation is that Sony doesn't give a [censored] about it's player base and further reassures my justification of going with Microsoft over Sony even when Sony had the better hardware and exclusives at the time.
I am not aware of 1 single time when Microsoft went silent when there was an issue. I don't care how long it takes to fix the game, but I would expect non-stop communication during the process, several times a day...
I've hated Sony since Star Wars Galaxies - but that's another story for another thread.
