Re: Freezes - we're investigating the freezes and we're working to get them fixed. The reports and videos that were sent to us are super helpful, so thank you for those who sent them our way through the support portal (theshow.gg/support) and private channels.

Remember that posting about exploits may break the rules and can also very quickly become toxic, resulting in the thread being locked and or deleted. It's okay to talk about these things happening and to spread awareness, but it's typically not okay showcasing exactly how they're done (this can sometimes include links to YT videos, etc...)

Would love a different card after today’s announcement. Or just remove the card in general. I love that The Show stands up for racial equality but it’s time we also stand up and stop promoting cards like this as well.

Not trying to start an argument but I don’t think this is worth a support ticket. There are other cards too that should be retired as well like the countless Chapman cards each year. But with this news and support from the Blue Jays head office I think it’d be right. I really don’t want to see the card in my inventory and it’s a no sell card so it’s just gonna be kind of bothersome to have him there.

I’m sure there’s others who are gonna speak up in a toxic matter so if this topic needs to be locked or removed I understand, but I’d like to see something done for this.

I turned ON the outer and set it for reverb.
I set my inner to star-fighter. (I think that's what it's called)
I also turned OFF the circles/diamonds/dots in the middle.

The issue I was having was too much focus on the PCI itself, instead of the ball coming out of the pitcher's hand.

With this setup, it's like I am looking through binoculars now and I am able to focus on the ball.

It's like a night and day difference.

I don't think it would work with baseball, too much down time.

They nerfed pitching and hitting and the game is so much better now. No longer just a HR derby, but now plays like baseball.

They shouldn't have combined RTTS with DD. If anything, they should have connected it to franchise mode.

DD is fun and it's cool to get all your favorite players, but it kind of breaks the game at the same time. When everyone on your team is a superstar, the game plays much differently.
You need strengths and weaknesses to play the game correctly, IMO.

While I absolutely don't need or want a story in RTTS there are plenty of video games that tell excellent stories.

What are you a child? Have mommy read you a book and tuck you in.

What else would be the point of RTTS? It's a story about how someone becomes a MLB player. If all it is used for is to grind a CAP for DD, it might as well not exist.

I won the championship on my xbox today. Had a few crashes when trying to start a game, other than that, went well.

Agreed that would be horrible. I never said that would be a good idea. I just advocate for at bare minimum allowing the number of total xp to keep growing.

Lol I hate this argument. DD is a reward based game mode. You either spend time or money to get rewards yes playing baseball is fun, that's why I've been buying the game the past 8 years. However, if I'm going to play a mode strictly for the fun of baseball I'll play franchise.

And again I'm not saying we need more rewards past 600k. We can already spam the mystery map for unlimited rewards.

You don't seem to understand that the program is for a set time and designed to let those of us with less time earn the same rewards.
You're done with the program, well guess what, i'm not even 1/2 way yet. I may not finish in time because of lack of free time. It wouldn't be fair to allow those with more free time to get all the rewards.

First off, I'm not very good at the game in online modes. I play mostly against the CPU in various modes (RTTS, DD, Exhibition, etc..) but every once in a while will play an RS game, especially if none of my friends are online.

Anyway, I decided to play my 2cd game of RS yesterday, my record was 0-1. Got matched against someone who was 0-0, their first game.

I couldn't get a hit to save my life, but I was pitching well and at the start of the 9th inning it was still 0-0. He had to pull his starting pitcher and after I got on base, he hits pause and waits for it to count all the way down so i could forfeit him.

Why not just finish the [censored] game? sure I got a W but what a let down.
