I can testify to this entire situation. I spoke with Bill at great lengths about this individual and back up everything he has stated above 110%.
When people don't stand by their bets or continuously attempt to renegotiate or alter terms of a friendly challenge etc, it speaks to the character of the individual.
Big time..You can tell alot about a person by the details in how and when they move..He may be fan of my Yanks but assbetting isn't tolerated in my city, either gentrified or pre-gentrification..Especially BK, Harlem etc. Still get ya head popped off for as little as $15 like a recent pizza man or for nothing at all. R.I.P Pop Smoke..My area , East 90s.. Me personally am a man of character and stick to my word, never telling or giving anyone what they want to hear or some fictional reality..Sadly my/our breed is dead or near extinct..Clearly..Not just here but you.can see it on social media. Fakeness is real, jealous snakes have always existed..Now we can see the pettiness sadly along with someone getting murdered or preyed upon. Salute you for being a real one Reading about some more stand up individuals on this thread as well. Notice how we play the game? I noticed by playing a few forum members they play like how they post..Some petty, but most I played I see on here has been clean and very baseball like. Like I said it's in the details. Down to how someone writes these texts..
