If it's in the Zone, I'm swinging. If it's out of the zone, I'm also swinging.

I miss being able to dump stats where you wanted them
"Well, years ago..." doesn't really work because years ago developers tried to release complete games. Nowadays devs will release an incomplete game, and patch in the rest over time
Was giving MVP Rickey only 98 speed. How can such an abhorrent error make it through QC?
Will he provide you with the fulfillment of a nice hot meal after a hard day's work? No. Will he give you the satisfaction of seeing the fruits of your labor provide happiness? No. Will he give you the profound feeling of joy that teaching your son how to throw a baseball will? No. Will he provide the joy of falling in love for the first time? No. But will he hit ball far? Yes.
Soon you'll find out that I want a LOT more ballparts

All the shills out in full force to combat this backlash I see…
No one has a problem with nicknames…it’s the execution of this that’s the problem.
The players don’t have names on their jersey. Certain names show up as BLANK on the scoreboard and in-game graphics.
Just use the name of the player and put the nickname on the card art. K.I.S.S.!
The way they’ve executed it is just awful.
Do you even understand what the word "incognito" means?
I wouldn't say they ruined my experience, they're just kind of... lame. The card art is pretty cool, but the Player Weekend angle isn't
Where players who are known for hitting balls 110mph+ get an even greater Exit Velo boost. Someone like John Carlo Stanton or Joey Gallo would have this kind of thing. Just seems weird for every 100 power guy to have the same 105-108mph perfect perfects, when the Schwarbers of the world go much harder than that on well hit missiles.
To each their own and all, but I don't get how so many people play on rookie so much to just mindlessly pad stats. It sounds so boring. I'm not that great or anything, but I always play the CPU on All-Star and am still having fun playing. Based on the forum, it seems like most people that play this game complain about how much they hate grinding. Maybe try just actually playing on a legit difficulty level and having fun rather then playing on rookie in a fake stadium with 200 foot walls and expecting every hit to be a homer.
Sometimes the game forces you to play on rookie, like in moments or showdowns.
Knowing SDS, they'll forget to give him a card in the same way they forgot to give Aaron Nola and Corbin Burnes their record tying Topps Now cards. But thankfully we'll get some random call up getting an RBI single to cut the lead down to 14 a Topps now and a 99 Supercharge!
I'm taking Utley, but I have absolutely no desire to take any of the program Kaiju pack cards, so I'm stuck on those. I took Shawn Green after hitting a random number generator. I'm still wondering if I should take a captain pack though. I have the Jeter card to boost it, but I'm wondering if I should take Sosa(Since the 99 is 3 cards away), or someone else like Perez
Didn't make the cut this year instead we have giant insects in the outfield This is EA levels of absurdity
They haven't given us more custom uniform options in years, I'm not sure why anyone expected anything at all when it comes to creation suite content
