Issue with the Team affinity programs on the app

Hi,
I don't know if this have been reporter, but I have issues with the Team affinity programs on the app (the app is on my iPhone, I play the game on Switch).
When I choose "American League" or "National League", instead of seeing each team and my progress in percentage, I see a big gray square.
So, now, it is impossible for me to check my progress.
Does anybody have the same issue? Is there something I can do to fix the problem (like erasing the app and uploading it?)

Is anyone else noticing that you can't see your TA progress due to a grey screen when you click on National League and only being able to view the Orioles one for the American League

@sbchamps17_NSW Where are you talking about? I can see all the TA programs in the online dashboard and in the console (PS5). I haven't used the mobile app since 23, so I don't know about there.

The companion app isn't showing anything but a grey screen for the TA programs

My companion app was screwy two. When I just checked it showed 11 NL teams and only 3 AL teams.

I am having the same problem. Submitted a bug ticket yesterday but haven’t heard back. Guess no one is home on a long weekend.

@pacadie09_MLBTS same issue here. The app really makes it easier to grind TA when you can double check how many team strikeouts you need before switching pitchers in game so hopefully they can get this cleared up.

Report the bug to SDS. Hopefully if enough people file bug reports they will fix the issue.

I am just happy to see that I am not the only one with the issue. In a way, this is conforting.
This is not the end of the world. I can use the game to see my progress in various programs. But when I grind, I use my app a lot to see wich players I need to play. I have lost this tool for the moment. No biggie.

I play on Nintendo switch and use the app alot when grinding programs, along with the Notes app on my IPhone

I did not submit a bug report (I know...bad), but I should clarify my issues are on Android. Unsure if it is just an Android OS issue or if you guys got iphones or whatever else there is these days.

Mine is iPhone. Very annoying as I track my TA progress regularly through the app.

Mine is still showing a grey screen, whats the point of accessing it a couple more times if it still doesn't work

Still grey screen. Now AL is completely grey whereas yesterday I could see the AL East and White Sox. Clicking on the grey brought up the Guardians. Now clicking on the grey screen brings up the Orioles. NL screen now shows Atlanta and the grey screen.

I tried a couple more times.
In the NL, I can see the Marlins and the Braves. When I click on the grey block, I am getting into the Mets.
In the AL, still a big grey screen. Clicking on it gets me into the Orioles section.

@pacadie09_MLBTS Having same issue - has been this way for a few days. I can only see ATL, MIA, and gray screen (NYM no matter where you tap or scroll) for the NL. AL screen is all gray, so can only get into BAL. Definitely a valuable tool to map out gameplans for roster construction. Have sent in a bug ticket every day, hope its fixed soon.
