Sds does make a good baseball game, but the point of them not utilizing current gen capabilities is not only very valid but also well past time for them to.and the same for rtts and franchise not getting a lot of love either

I'm buying this year because its the first year on PS5 for me, I am expecting more to be done with Show 25 because their dropping PS4 and Xbox one after this game. if 25 does not have major improvements I'll be sticking with 24.
As for women being in the game you've been able to create women in NHL & NBA games for years it hasn't hurt EA or 2K, if you don't want to play as a woman then don't, I am happy to see it happen.

For what it's worth RTTS just had a major overhaul in MLB 21 with the inclusion of "Ballplayer". The last two years have seen refinements to the mode.
Now, I am not saying that it was a good change or that the community loved it but that revamp is not the same as no support.

Guys, it is okay to be unsatisfied … Give feedback, maybe it is welcomed … If the product is not the way you are okay with spending your money, that is your right to not buy it. But … it is also okay for people to like the game, because they do not care about e.g. Franchise or RTTS -

Yeah I’m not buying the game. I’m just coming on here recently to share my displeasure. Once the season gets rolling you won’t see me around. Just like you didn’t see me around after like July this year. Because the game was stale and the content was repeated garbage so I quit playing it. So yeah when they decide they’re going to double down on their garbage and basically not add anything else to the game, I’m going to voice my opinion.
If you like the game, great. I wish you didn’t. Not because I want to see you disappointed like I am, but you’re just accepting a company doing the absolute bare minimum and still giving them business. That hurts everyone’s enjoyment in the long run.
But it’s your money and time. Spend it how you like.

Franchise will never be what it was back in the day. It sucks but there are 2 options. Play MLB10 which was the best one they had or suck it up. I found a copy to gift a friend for 99 cents in a retro gaming store so if you have a backward compatible PS3 (which I do and can still play my copy on) or PS2 I’m sure you can find yourself a copy to play.

RTTS needs some work. and I agree. they only focus on diomond dynasty. one thing about being a offline player is that my RTTS and my franchise that I spent days on, I cant transport it to 24. total bs.

I’m excited for 24. I’m not the biggest fan of seasons, but I also didn’t hate it as at least SDS tried something new, and are making adjustments to it, based on feedback gathered from surveys. So I’m willing to go into it with an open mind, just like I did last year.
But I’m excited to start from scratch again, get new programs, new moments, new mini seasons, a fresh USA conquest map, start a new Ballplayer for RTTS, waste money on ripping hundreds of packs to get the binder filled up, new legends, new collections, new storylines, all of it.

@genopolanco sounds reasonable, but unfortunately you are in the minority of complainers, because they will not stop … But please do not judge people on their decisions. To me they put enough into a yearly title to justify the Euros I put into it. But that is my opinion

I'm still in a wait a see mode myself. I will play it for sure but the question is whether I purchase it on the PS5 or simply play it on Gamepass on my Series X.

Complainers are disproportionately over represented in forums because people who are content with the product just go about their business.
SDS is starting to concern me with the direction they are going . I have no problem with women option in rtts because this a video and is fantasy . I am more concerned that the only other flag option in stadium creator is the pride flag . Go woke go broke is not just a joke . I am a strongly conservative Latino, we dont need this bs in video games kids play. I know it's just a flag , that's the foot in the door . -

Those that do not purchase the game have a right and responsiblity to offer constructive criticism in this forum as long as they want. Many of these are folks have played the game a long time and are disappointed in the direction the game is headed. They have an important role in trying to help this franchise succeed. Forums are not just for fanboys. -

I am not blaming any single person for this, but unfortunately some people don't understand the difference between constructive criticism and insults. Too often I see people insulting the devs or stating their opinion in a way that makes it sound like anyone who does not agree with them are somehow stupid or a SDS shill.
Those types of posts are not useful or constructive.

So i'm a little different. I love the show, some things work, some things dont. I'm black and with the inclusion of the negro leagues, i'm all in. RTTS/Franchise are modes i dont enjoy and i wish there was a weekend league for ranked as that gets stale fast too, doesn't take away from the fact that i love this game.
