Break out an immortal 100 rated card for one of the best of all time.
Pretend it's NY, LA or SD and go all out lol

That was amazing. I missed 699 and turned it on right before 700. That wasn't real life. The Machine will live forever. What a way to go out.
I fell asleep right before he hit his first. Congratulations to the man. He deserved this and he earned it.
I'm also now thinking how depressing it would be if all they did was Supercharge his love series to hold us over until his 99 they already had planned drops.
This is where the term GOAT can be used. Albert has had a phenomenal career and especially the seasons that he spent with the Cardinals. What an amazing player! I can't wait to see the 99 card that SDS rolls out for him.
125 across all hitting stats and include RP as a secondary. Anything less is a disgrace and I will riot silently in my room (SDS don’t make me do this….)
I do find it interesting that his super charge only last 3 days while every other one has lasted 5 days recently.
I wouldn't be surprise if we get a program for him Tuesday
Congrats to Pujols, now let's see if Aaron can finish off the Maris Milestone. As much as I hate the Yankees, I found myself throwing up my hands in celebratory fashion when I thought he clobbered the game winner the other night and his perfect/perfect died at the track. Today is the day!

Are we blaming SDS for that?

Thumbs down to your NY, LA, SD comment. There is nothing remotely close to an anti-STL conspiracy.
You Cardinal fans are insufferable. Lol.

Agreed, GOAT gets throw around FAR too often. Pujols def. gets that honor. And to think, without that COVID 2020 season he would likely be past the Babe

Yeah, San Diego actually does not have that many cards.

I would, but not in this instance Wacha appeared to be using metered pitching that evening as well.

He will.it is providence. Ruth hit 60 in 1927, it took until 1961 for someone to hit 61 and it was a yankee.now 61 years later 61 will be broken of course by another yankee( its still officially the team and AL record)

I actually just checked. Padres have 22 legend and flashback cards.
The only teams with fewer are the Brewers and The Royals. The Rays also have 22. So your SD comment doesn't really apply.
Now, you are right about New York. Yankees have 52 flashbacks and legends.
If I was a Royals fan I may have just given up on the game. They trail everybody and only have 19 legends and flashbacks.
This is impressive, especially since no matter what his birth certificate states he's close to 60 years old.

- That is 20 or more cards than 16 other teams.
- That is 15 or more cards than 28 of the other teams
- They have at least double the amount of 9 different teams

The sad fact of this is : if they had ALL the historical players from every team mostof those teams would be near their max, but for the yanks it is probably one-third.
I hope if we get a 700 home runs Pujols card with his live series swing but for the love of god please have more speed than his live series card. That swing though…

Fair enough Doly!
The Cards should have way more legends considering the requirement for a Cards legend is to play somewhere else for 10 years.

I'm confused by your statement. Care to explain? I get that Pujols spent a decade away. But even he will have spent 12 years in St Louis at the end of this season
Bob Gibson - 17 years all with the Cardinals
Stan Musial - 22 Seasons all with the Cardinals
Lou Brock - 16 years with STL after 4 seasons for Chicago
Ozzie Smith - 15 years with STL after 4 seasons with the Padres
As for current players Molina and Wainwright are #1 and #2 for the longest tenured players with their current team (19 and 17 years) so yeah, I am a bit confused.

Yeah, I missed the punchline here. There are many Cardinals legends who played their whole career or most of it in Cards red
@Dolenz_PSN @Ericulous1_PSN
It's obvious from his name alone but from his past posts as well it's obvious this guy is just some miserable douche. No need to give his post the time of day since it was an obviously stupid post just trying to get a ride out of cards fans.
