This is where the term GOAT can be used. Albert has had a phenomenal career and especially the seasons that he spent with the Cardinals. What an amazing player! I can't wait to see the 99 card that SDS rolls out for him.

I do find it interesting that his super charge only last 3 days while every other one has lasted 5 days recently.

Congrats to Pujols, now let's see if Aaron can finish off the Maris Milestone. As much as I hate the Yankees, I found myself throwing up my hands in celebratory fashion when I thought he clobbered the game winner the other night and his perfect/perfect died at the track. Today is the day!

Agreed, GOAT gets throw around FAR too often. Pujols def. gets that honor. And to think, without that COVID 2020 season he would likely be past the Babe

He will.it is providence. Ruth hit 60 in 1927, it took until 1961 for someone to hit 61 and it was a yankee.now 61 years later 61 will be broken of course by another yankee( its still officially the team and AL record)

I actually just checked. Padres have 22 legend and flashback cards.
The only teams with fewer are the Brewers and The Royals. The Rays also have 22. So your SD comment doesn't really apply.
Now, you are right about New York. Yankees have 52 flashbacks and legends.
- That is 20 or more cards than 16 other teams.
- That is 15 or more cards than 28 of the other teams
- They have at least double the amount of 9 different teams
If I was a Royals fan I may have just given up on the game. They trail everybody and only have 19 legends and flashbacks.

The sad fact of this is : if they had ALL the historical players from every team mostof those teams would be near their max, but for the yanks it is probably one-third.

I hope if we get a 700 home runs Pujols card with his live series swing but for the love of god please have more speed than his live series card. That swing though…
