This game from its peak time of maybe June/July?
-
Idk about anyone else but In my example, I put 800 hours into this game heading into last month and have played maybe 10-15 hours since first week November. I don't even know if I'm burned out. It's just I reached a point where the wins don't make me happy & I'm busy playing other games that are much better than this.
-
I've come to realize this is the only game that has produced 3 broken controllers. No other game has broken 1. That speaks volumes to me once I realized it. Why play a game that pisses you off that much. It's like an addiction. You chase that 1 game out of 5 that plays how it actually should. But the other 4 [censored] you off, put you in a bad mood. Thinking why the F do I even play this game? Enough is enough. I am done with the show for good!
-
How are people that aren't still playing/paying attention going to answer that?
I would hazard a guess that the user base got at least some uptick during the past month when the game went down to $10. How much, only SDS knows for sure.
-
I'm still playing (since the beginning), but the only thing keeping me going at this point is 1) prestige player chasing, 2) trying to get every item possible. #2 won't happen because I didn't get some of these million stub cards before they became unobtanium and obv Javy Baez shoes and some other items, but I'll get close. Content wise, game's dead.

I’m still as into it as ever, brother. I didn’t earn all those cards for nothing! Been playing events and leagues!
-
I 100% am still playing.
I would guess the people that are no longer playing would be 0%
So if my math is correct if my percentage was against another person no longer playing it would be 50% of us are still playing out of us two.
-
People play, don't post here, and are ashamed of it.
+1 for me in that group.

I had this realization with NHL a couple of years ago. No broken controllers, but that feeling of turning off the system in a worse mood than when I powered it on is real.
A few of my buddies played NHL with me and it was the only game we played. We all found other games. A couple of them still play NHL casually and find that because they have other games, any time they feel even slightly annoyed they'll just go to something else. That seems to work for them. I however tried and continued to get annoyed with the same things that bothered me when I was playing lots, so I uninstalled the game and I haven't looked back. That was well over a year ago now.

Same i think im around 800 hours and just dont get the same thrill so im taking a break until the east event

I’m still playing but it’s a couple hours per week instead of per day.
-
I've been playing franchise and RTTS a lot more than in the spring/summer. I still play DD but when I get frustrated and I don't bother grinding and just play a different game mode. Watching Ant Ortiz franchise videos on YT inspired me to play franchise again for the first time in years.

Your response was not one of your best
What I’m wondering is if anyone has paid attention to how many are making WS now verses prime season time. Or how many are playing events ( I think the Giant one had about 18000) compared to summer time?

I've been enjoying the NHL 94 rewind that EA put out. The old days of NHL 90s games by EA were a lot of fun. No season or online modes, but it's still fun playing a couple random games every so often.

Leaderboards. Either in game or on this site. Pick Dynasty Season, choose a season, navigate to the last page and you get your totals.

I went back to RTTS for a while. After all the DD this year, I'm a WAY better hitter. Yes, I know the CPU is easier to hit, but still...

If I'm not mistaken, Season 2 coincided with the first stringent lockdowns, and season 4 was right around the start of summer i.e. more people doing summer stuff/going on vacation/etc. Cool to see this stat? Curious why season 7 had so few WS players.

Still playing occasionally but I mostly quit playing online once all the average/below average players quit.
