A lot of people say this but is there any proof?

Spring training uniforms aren’t possible. Those aren’t revealed in time for the game to implement them. This was covered in another post.
Spring training stadiums would probably take up a lot of resources to get scanned into the game and although it wouldn’t be 30 since teams share facilities, Dodgers and White Sox use the same site and Rangers and Royals share the same site just to name a few, it might become a problem incorporating real stadiums and keeping their file size as small as they’ve said they’d like to keep it.

And not every team even has a spring training uniform now

I’m sure they have their own proprietary game engine. What do you expect them to use? Unreal engine 5?

Haha, console people make me laugh
-
@AllRise99 I believe they mentioned it in a live stream many years ago that the MLB did not want those things in the game.

@Bearsfan217
What? Improve the gameplay? Unheard of! lol. -

Yeah every team except for the Yankees and Tigers! Why? Because the Yankees and Tigers are the only 2 teams that don't have an alternate uniform
-
@AllRise99 Maybe I'm misremembering, but don't the Tigers have a navy jersey they break out once in a while?

Once? Yes.
A While. Not so much. -
@SaveFarris Cool, I swear that I've seen them where a straight navy colour with a white "D", basically their homes colour flipped since then. I'm losing my mind.
