    I received all of last years but have received none this year. I just went to my account (upper right of this page) and removed the email from the scouting report section and then added it back in. It now shows a green checkmark. I am not sure it was there before I redid it.

    I guess we will see when the next pack goes out.

    Just did the same. No emails and no packs so far this year. Received them all last year. Lame.

    Same. Got all of last years. now this year, no emails or anything. And radio silence after creating this post…guess we’ll find out for June’s

Despite the failed purchase, I was surprised to find that the transaction was still processed, deducting the corresponding amount from my account.

    Realizing the discrepancy, I immediately attempted to contact the customer support team via the provided channels to report the issue and seek assistance. I understand that purchasing stubs from third-party sources is against the terms of service, and I had no intention of engaging in such activities. My sole intention was to acquire in-game currency through the official means.

    Given the circumstances, I would like to emphasize my commitment to fair play and adherence to the rules and regulations set forth by the MLB The Show community. I regret any confusion or inconvenience this incident may have caused, and I assure you that it was purely unintentional.

    I kindly request that you review the details of my account suspension and take into consideration the extenuating circumstances surrounding this incident. I am more than willing to cooperate fully with any investigation or verification process required to rectify the situation. If necessary, I am prepared to provide any additional information or evidence to support my claim.

    If you didn't get your May 2023 pack by now, they are most likely not going to give it to you two years late!

    Also, Collin has moved on to be "Control Room Collin" and not the moderator in this forum. Joe K is now the moderator of the forum.
