I received all of last years but have received none this year. I just went to my account (upper right of this page) and removed the email from the scouting report section and then added it back in. It now shows a green checkmark. I am not sure it was there before I redid it.
I guess we will see when the next pack goes out.

Just did the same. No emails and no packs so far this year. Received them all last year. Lame.

On 7/11/2023, I attempted to purchase coins through the designated in-game store in MLB The Show. Regrettably, during the transaction process, an unforeseen technical glitch occurred, resulting in an unsuccessful transaction. Despite the failed purchase, I was surprised to find that the transaction was still processed, deducting the corresponding amount from my account.
Realizing the discrepancy, I immediately attempted to contact the customer support team via the provided channels to report the issue and seek assistance. I understand that purchasing stubs from third-party sources is against the terms of service, and I had no intention of engaging in such activities. My sole intention was to acquire in-game currency through the official means.
Given the circumstances, I would like to emphasize my commitment to fair play and adherence to the rules and regulations set forth by the MLB The Show community. I regret any confusion or inconvenience this incident may have caused, and I assure you that it was purely unintentional.
