I deleted then re added my email after not receiving April or May and I did receive June. “New customers only!” Lol.

I've been getting them. Nothing good in them, but getting them.

I've been getting them. Nothing good in them, but getting them.
Outside of whatever they feature for that month they give you the same as any other packs... I was fortunate enough to pull a diamond out of atleast one of them.
So like any pack in the game, it's going to be "nothing good in them" until you get "something good in them".

I got the email today but no SCOUTING REPORT pack for the 2nd month now. I did not receive the June or July pack. I got them ALL last year. What is going on this year?

Same for me. I got the email today (first time this year) but yet again...no pack.

I'm looking into some of the issues.
In the meantime, if you didn't get a pack, just file a ticket.

How do you file a ticket for this?

Received neither the email or the pack. (April, May, or June).
Received all packs from 2021, 2022. NONE for 2023.

@collin_sds_MLBTS you can reply to a scouting report but none of y'all can fix our teams who can't get into to our squads since it's a sever error????

Same, I haven't gotten any scouting report packs all year.
I have received them in previous years but this years are non-existent.
Not bothering with a ticket because when I have had to do them in the past NOTHING ever got resolved. -

lol so I got an email yesterday, first one I've received this season telling me to check my inventory for the July Scouting Report Pack. Went and looked...nothing there. Still missing April, May, and June's, and it now looks like I can add July to this list. C'mon SDS this is beyond "slow to respond" now, we're entering "pulled a fast one" territory. Why bother filing a ticket? People have filed them all year and received nothing in response
