But that's just my 2 cents. Tbh I'm completely clueless on what he's done, don't really follow him

@raesONE-_PSN said in 23 New Legends Thread!: David Wright
Adrian BeltrePlease be right please be right please be right. Of recent retired players they are two I’d love to see. I’m gonna make a guess that it’ll be:
 Scott Rolen
 Jeff Kent

Albert Belle with active quirk that if he gets HBP he refuses to take first base.

Though I don't believe for a second it will happen I am hoping for Ted Simmons. With Yadi retiring and out of the game for the foreseeable future the Cardinals need a good legend catcher since any Contreras flashback would be a Cub card. He wasn't a power hitting catcher but neither was Yadi and Simmons was a switch hitter!

Would love to see them bring Rogers Hornsby and Ty Cobb. Both had great swings and Cobb did everything well.

Rumor has it that its Andy Van Slyke or Carl Crawford or
 Carlos Pena

David Wright with his Great Gazoo helmet
-
Bernie Williams

I looked at the tweet/tease today and thought "dang its a left, no David Wright." Then someone posted a pick of David's stance, I looked at the teaser again and now I can't decide if it's a L or R hitter.
-
Its Carlos Pena
-
Thank you I was really hoping it was that van slyck guy
-
Al Hrobosky, Lou Whitaker and/or Mickey Lolich would be nice.
-
Brett Butler, Julio Franco, Juan Gonzalez, Don Drysdale, Sandy Koufax, Ichiro, Ellis Burks, Raul Mondesi, Tony Fernandez, David Cone, and Ty Cobb

@Easy_Duhz_It_ said in 23 New Legends Thread!: Its Carlos Pena and he acutally hat a 1.037OPS (career .808) with 46 bombs in 2007 (I had him as a good fielding power hitter, but not that good

I just remember he made some comments about Covid and Biden a few yrs ago. If anyone speaks out like Schilling did/does, you know they won't be in the game.
