I think you meant his WAR is 1.3 this year. Hosmer has never been a power hitter but he has a lifetime batting average over .270. You saying he’s one of the worst players in the league is a stretch. Lol Also you saying that only old people and casuals try to defend him is a comical. I stated what Hosmer brings to the table and he’s far from bottom tier. In the top 50 In the league in batting average and probably close in hits. He’s on pace to have a better year than he has the past few years. I’m a huge baseball fan. You're probably right, but I also think some of us (especially me) overrate a guy's real life value because of how much we love them in The Show.
Thank god Mullins had a high peak that allows for cards like he's gotten this year. My favorite swing in the game, but in real life has been pretty poor this year.

Yeah I agree. I love Cedric in The Show. Incredible swing. I still think he’s a pretty good ball player outside the game too. As for Hosmer I hate his cards in game. Lol His gold glove card last year was ok but that’s about it.

They really made out good with the players they got for who they got rid of. That’s gonna be a scary team to face moving forward. When Jake Cronenworth is maybe your 5th best hitter that’s pretty crazy. Soto,Tatis,Bell,and Machado are elite hitters. Bell might not be considered elite but how do you pitch around hitters with that team?
