Actually these prices are inflated.
A good player can hit just fine with a 2k stub card just as well as a 200k card. The prices are high to remove stubs from the market.Btw Rizzo, Ty France and Devers are great cards at a reasonable price yet Judge is just one card that I can just intentionally walk, pop up, or strike out.
All the cards over 200k are worth maybe 50kish. Even Trout maybe 100k not 400k etc.
You are evaluating the cards purely from their usefulness in game though, a lot of times prices are based on what you unlock by having the card, I.E. ls collection etc

not sure what youre talking about, most cards I need are going up every day....hader went from 50k a month ago to 88k now...etc etc

Why do I suspect someone spent real world money on packs and wanted to get a bunch of stubs from flipping? I mean how many times have we all seen that 58 rated guy on a team and the market for it is more than the 85 rated guy near the top of the teams rankings?

Yeah, stubs sale derails all people going for LS collection for weeks. I am 4 teams short and have a half million, but prices are too far gone for me to to even bother.
