Mini Seasons: An Unhandled Server Exception occured

Has anyone had any luck with support? I sent in a request last Tuesday and have not heard a peep. Others have said, after a ticket has been sent in, issues have been resolved in a couple hours. Obviously I think the couple hour claim is far fetched, but wanted to see what the board knew.

This is ridiculous, I made it to the championship round and have been getting the unhandled server message whenever I try to enter mini seasons since the pre order early access. I tried uninstalling and redownloading the game, but nothing is working. I submitted a ticket weeks ago and haven't heard anything back. We all paid for an incomplete game and SDS doesn't even care

Same thing for me, I won the first playoff series in 5 games and even got the mini season icon reward, but haven't been able to even enter the mode since. Unhandled server exception each time.

I just restarted and made it to the finals. I restarted the app after second win in semi finals. And still got the unhandled error. This is my second time. I am very annoyed. What can I do to fix this

Been a week since I won the semi's and I can't get back into my mini season since!

You have to start over; if you started it before the patch it's corrupted.

I'm not restarting. They can see who all is having the issue. If we don't get some kind of free packs for our time and efforts in one of THE ONLY NEW FEATURES in a copy and pasted 'new' year of diamond dynasty I'm just going to Uninstall and play 2k or madden this year.

This error is mildly universal in coding with Python. They will fix this issue and you will be waiting because your data STILL doesn't match there's and it won't update unless you resync by starting a new mini season.
I'm about 3-4 games away from solidifying my independent diagnosis of the remaining error during the transition between opponents in the playoffs. Once SDS gets that from me and others, this issue will have no other causes.
95% of the issues with mini season have been addressed. Please take this into consideration while choosing to soap box and demand something for your time.

Just because this "error" can appear in Python codes does not mean it should appear this frequently in multimillion dollar projects.

Since I've been capped with the program for over 10 days, I spent time manipulating mini season matchups to ensure that I would be playing the Pinheads in the playoffs and at the end of the season, as this was the most common theme for folks getting errors right before the CS.
I did everything in my power as a simple player of this product to replicate the MOST COMMON cause for the error. Unfortunately last night, it didn't replicate. I'm very disappointed. I thought I was close. As I've said in other threads that I'm sure you haven't read either, 95% of diagnostics fail. Not in your world apparently.
Do yourself a favor and just add me to ignore if you don't care for what I write. I do my best on these forums having fun with other users, trolling fellow folks that have exchanged pleasantries with for many years, all while helping fellow gamers no matter how big or small the issue is.
I'm my own boss. I own my own soap box amongst other things.

You’re upset that you got to play the game you bought. Do you only buy these games to collect cards? I play the game because it’s fun.

Was there any correspondence for a restart of the season to correct the corrupted file, I’ll do it if that is the case. But if not I’m ok with waiting. It’s not like it’s the only mode
