All about the connection. I know for a fact the best players in this game have a great connection majority of time. Bad conn you can't read ball out of hand and fastballs jump on you etc. I get maybe 50 percent of my games online that run good where I can play. Some nights all games are good some nights it's not worth fighting. I'ts comical watching a FB come in at 120

I seriously think that online connection is [censored] in this game. I have games too where the fastball is coming in at legend speed plus sometimes on all star. I sit back and just laugh been playing this game for like 20 years I know when it's off. Total [censored]

LMAO the game plays different everyday. I'm late online on allstar wayyy too often. The game is trash online right now. Then square it up and seldom rewarded. I can hit fastballs practice mode legend with speeds turned up but cant online allstar some games.

100 percent agree. No way guys with good records get the pitch speeds we play with more than 50 percent of my games. It's ridiculous to deal with this for years. These servers are str8 trash. So bad had to turn off cross play. Most xbox users I play against I'm wayy late on whatever they throw, the game sucks online and its a shame. Imagine being on All star sitting fastball up and in and swinging as soon as ball is released from hand and it blows by you!!!!!! Yes I said on All Star

Maybe man, I'm glad you guys are seeing the same thing because in those games my opponent are early on all fastballs and I'm like no [censored] way are they seeing the speeds I am.

I've been seeing this for weeks started one night in BR and I was like WTF!!! No way this is All Star the ball is coming in at 150. The bad thing was it happ all night untill server reset then I was back to normal. The game is unplayable when it goes turbo mode. Never seen anything like this over 15 years playing this game online. Really glad to see others with same issue. I hate to say it but it happens in half my games. I forwarded ports in router. Lol put ps4 in DMZ you name it. Doesn't matter still happens and I have 500 download speed with nothing else running. This has to be fixed.

I was like no way the real good players are having this happen. I asked a few and most said no they didn't know what I was talking about.

Game is str8 trash. All connection based. Plus gives bums life and your in battles with guys that don't even know how to play on low levels

And then they decided to make pt2 of the 1st event on HOF which completely ruined it for me. I kept testing my internet and I was getting 200mbps but still this would happen.

I've never had this problem in previous games and I do just fine playing on legend offline but I haven't really seen this talked about on reddit.

I'm not holding my breath, but with this being a server issue I assume, anyone think they'll actually fix this bs? Or do their customary just ignore the problem unless backlash forces them to do otherwise?

Had to stop playing awhile due to pitch speeds varying too much game to game. No way i turn on legend fastball speed put all the way up and then struggle online allstar some games. SDS fix any of that yet?

If they can't make a stable peer to peer connection then this has to happen. Constantly "too late" on 102 even when you know it's coming on all-star is ridiculous. Git gud doesn't cut it because I can go into practice on legend and be just late/good on any 100+ anywhere in the zone.

You might want to look into your internet or tv/monitor because I’m effortlessly early on Cabrera and DeGrom on legend.

So my wired fiber, $300 router and $400 monitor isn't good enough? Has nothing to do with internet and monitor. There are issues with connections/servers in this game and have been. Last 3 days I have been late on a ton of fastballs. More than likely sometime soon, I will be very early. Game is very inconsistent. I literally spend the first 3 innings of every RS game getting tendencies and trying to gauge the pitch speeds, usually so I can sell out on hard stuff only to be early and hit them foul. Game is not in a good place for me lately. Keeps it up and I will stop and play something else or watch TV. I would like to play but I am not going to get blown away by 94 on all star when I am looking for it.

Heard servers were in Florida, New Jersey, Chicago, Dallas, Denver and West Coast. Do you happen to be in or very close to one of those?

I would really like to play this since I got rid of google TV but playing against warping pitch speeds really isn't fun. If you don't experience this consider yourself lucky because if you did you wouldn't be effortlessly early on Cabrera and DeGrom in all star.

Have you tried changing DNS servers?

The game is playing like absolute trash right now. Wont be playing again untill they get good servers
