I’m enjoying not seeing 99’s everywhere

I like that being a 99 ovr has become less common and what it should be, a thing for the truly elite. Last year had lineup diversity but chumps we’re getting 99’s and it watered down the greatest players.
Also I am a huge fan of actual cards being used and not made up up ones. I would like if they went away from sig series all together to avoid large exaggerations of a players peak. They have however imo done a great job with prospects in making them exciting but not over powered.
All in all the card diversity is outstanding. -

@aron1740 i’m coming from 18’ but I agree. I hate seeing match up’s with 60-80% of same players on both teams also. I wish their was a grind haul were time = unique player. Teams all have affinity’s Gallo, Torres, Olson bc we all chased them first. I’m one of those people also.

The 99's didn't start rolling in until the 3rd inning last year. Don't get your hopes up

I remember when we played offline franchise 162 game seasons. Was that PS1 or PS2? Let me dust off my Super Nintendo and play Ken Griffey vs CPU for some real validation.
