It's absurd that the title wasn't stripped. It's absurd the players got off 100% free. If this is the new standard, then the permanent bans of Pete Rose and Shoeless Joe need to be lifted.

More than deserved is just a shame for the baseball keep dealing with cheaters trying to take advantage in such a dirty way... im a Red Sox fan and i support 100% they do the same with Cora and any other person involved

It makes so much sense after reading the reports I remember watching in 17 & 18 and my yanks couldn’t get a ball past any hitter it was so mind boggling since we had never seen such dominance before and here it was in back to back years.

Should’ve been more extreme.
Who cares about a punishment when you still get to keep the title? The whole reason they cheated was to win the World Series, so mission accomplished.
This doesn’t discourage other teams enough from doing the same thing to win a WS, knowing it won’t be taken away no matter how much evidence is against them.

Can't take the title away, yes they did great with the cheating but can not say they would have been terrible and lost without it.
Astros will suffer with the loss of all those picks and the loss of the GM and manager for an entire season.
GM and manager suffer the year salary loss and who is to say they will work in baseball again after this.
Penalties are very harsh and will be a very good deterrent to this happening again. -

I agree I felt Judge did more for the Yankees that season and had a better year. But I felt voters went with the “paid his dues” logic for being in the league longer than Judge (with it being his Rookie season).

I am disgusted that we did this...Cora deserves a 2 year punishment at the least...but hey a free title is always nice.

Eh Im a yankee fan and still say let them keep it nothing is going to change that season anyway it’s done. Where i think they could’ve hurt Houston more is they international signings they should’ve been banned for 2 years.
