I kept thinking they would drop because the Showdown is a crazy easy way for people who don't like to flip to make stubs. So far that isn't the case. This has been the absolute easiest program as well. Took two cpu games for getting all missions twice.

if I recall from last year, prices on these never dropped below 20k. For free sellable cards I would have absolutely contended they would drop in price.

Usually I knock these out in one or two tries…I have been sitting here for 4 hours now & still not beaten it.
I managed to beat the Run it Back one but it was a close thing. One out left runner on third and Alejandro Kirk, at the bottom of my lineup managed to get a hit. I think it was against Tarik Skubal.

Load up on guys with power against lefties for Skubal and Valenzuela. Take exit velocity perks. Try to take 2 strikes every at bat.

I only tried once, spur of the moment and beat it.
Skubal gave me some issues though -
Let me just strap Mr Showdown into Space-X, all comfy..good. Now just hit the ignition button and OFF ya go! Enjoy Mars ya [censored]!

I did it finally after maybe 6 trys. I kept losing to the detriot pitcher and then to Fernando. So I delibarately picked no left hand bats as long as I could and barely finished.

If you get good perks you are set otherwise it is an uphill battle. My last loss I did not use the last elite perk because the choices were trash. Second, the best RIB cards are all lefties and the last two pitchers are lefties. Lastly, Skubal is not great put his fastball and slider are tough especially with our lefty heavy lineups. If you make it past Skubal then it is really hard to adjust to Fernandos low speed. His offspeed looks like a hanging meatball everytime and then it breaks into the dirt. Losing to him just makes me feel like a terrible player.

This is why I won't try a second time!
Finished the RIB Program, so I have every card..
I did well lefty on lefty with Jason Heyward being a beast.
Skubal was a little tough. I got a runner picked off second, but still beat him 5 outs remaining.
When I saw it was Fernando with less velocity, I just waited him out.
