I understand why he did it…But man it’s gonna be rough online until SDS fixes all those cheats he outlined. Yikes.
replaying homers does not freeze the game. just because it happened once after a replay does not mean anything honestly. 9 times out of 10 I cant even replay a HR if I want to, But when I am able to replay a HR its caused a total of 0 freezes.
You can replay home-runs, but this year the opponent can cancel the animation by pressing x. The freeze glitch is performed when the pitching ream replays the home-run at certain stadiums. Its real.

Yep, no more online for me. Screw this. I guess I'm not getting the 3rd inning completed. This is pure BS. I tried to believe it was a game and server issue, but no, it is deliberate. Extremely disappointed right now. Glad this dude posted this video.

So sorry for all that play Online. I never had a desire except for EASHL in NHL.Once I tried that, I was hooked. Online team play, not solo.

It’s a pretty easy fix. Make it so after any 3rd IBB its grieving and bam done. If you need to walk somebody intentionally 3 times in any other scenario maybe you should just take the loss anyway lol.

The posts here in the forum demonstrate stuff does need fixing. I'm glad he's putting some of this out there because pressure is pressure. If it doesn't work, not much changes because cheaters were already finding ways to cheat and legit players were already being legit. I don't think too many people are going to switch sides, but the legit players need some company help to level this stuff off.

Right. I can’t think of any baseball scenario that would have a manager call for 3 straight IBBs.
And they already have a grieving rule for walking 5 straight (I think that’s what it is) so it shouldn’t be hard to implement.

I think if you currently IBB 4 batters it does that, so yeah, make it 3 and at least one problem is solved.

The answer! Flood SDS by reporting every single freeze off as "Other" and just send them an email explaining freeze off.

I remember when I first found this forum. It was probably back in 2011-12ish. The mods and devs were all over the forums communicating, listening. It was a very positive relationship with SDS.
Then DD took off and the communication stopped. So obviously that relationship is going to dwindle. I think when Ramone basically mocked consumers on a live stream is when the communication went from very little to none at all.
If SDS sees this, we just want communication. That you’re aware of the issues and working on them or even just say, we currently don’t know how to fix that and apologize. But leaving us in the dark forever (even over minor tickets submitted) is going to make your consumers turn on you.
The only communication anymore is… here’s your content! Completely ignoring complaints and requests.
Don’t forget the absurd “no need for speculation post” one of the mods made earlier this year as the servers kept crashing and they didn’t give us any idea what was happening.

If I can't play others online in a "fair game", then I have no reason what-so-ever to play the DD mode.
This means I have no reason to play the RTTS mode either.
So what am I left with, play against the CPU or play online against real-life friends for no rank...Might as well not buy the game at all then.

Someone recently kept intentionally walking me recently but I don't remember what happened the rest of the game. I don't think I've had any freeze offs lately so maybe he did it for nothing. I was of course wondering what he was doing. Now maybe I know.

As long the money keeps pouring in, nothing is going to change and god knows they will never communicate to the community about issues with the game. Heck, they don’t even do live streams anymore. They are all prerecorded as they don’t want to face their customers.

I'm glad this video was made .... because I haven't played online and had no idea about freeze-offs and glitches. So wack!!!!
I'm relieved though, offline is chill zone and the Parallel system is awesome!!!
