Who cares if u are no money spent or not! The last two years mlb 20 and 21 I picked up stubs last year once when it was 50% off. Cause I wanted to. But u don't need to at all its so easy to make a Ton of stubs and way u want! SDS GIVES SO MUCH FREE GRINDABLE STUFF ITS insane. I used to be a mut player( madden) but EA killed my love for that video game , I owned every madden till 2018. Cause all they care about is ripping people off and making a horrible football simulation! Rather madden turn there game into NFL STREET! then call it simulation. It is nothing like real football, and it's so sad. I miss being able to play a football video game. Wow got off track lol my bad. Yes I also find it funny people advertise it like there special they don't spend money and build a great team, the worst though is the people that think Cause u have a great team u spent money and also are a horrible human being lol lol lol. People [censored] money away on gambling, drinking, smoking and alot other way crazier insane things that to some make no sense to others. The point of living is simple , do whatever the [censored] makes u happy. Do not care what others think, they aren't living your life. As long as u aren't hurting anyone u do u. I’m a level 5 vegan. I don’t eat anything that casts a shadow.

I’ve spent money in past years and I haven’t this year. Literally the only difference is that now I flip cards and grind the market. I have a very solid team (although no Trout, Cole or Jackie.
Long story short I kind of agree with OP in that being NMS is not difficult or impressive it just takes time. That said I don’t care at all about people crowing about it. It is far down my list of things that people brag about that I find annoying.

It doesn't bother me either way. As a NMS guy myself, I would say it's probably a response to the tendency for jealousy from others. If I beat someone and my team is good, they believe make some comment about building it with daddy's credit card. It doesn't bother me. I'm 43. I'd say it makes some defensive though.
