There is no incentive for SDS to fix the servers, most everyone will still play the game when they can and spend money on the micro transactions. So they'll come out every once and awhile and give some free packs and say sorry.

It’s all good. I had to give you a hard time. I took today off and wanted to get some game time in before my wife came back home. So much for that.

Because they don't have to, they already have your money.

How long you been playing MLBTS? This your first year?
I first starting back in 2012, in comparison to other games using servers this game is far behind. There isn't a good reason for it as the technology is there to fix it but they don't so why defend SDS when they have done so little to fix the issue?

IKR, SDS, do you think you gain credibility when it’s so obvious there is something screwing up and you put out a message of “routine maintenance” when it is obviously not routine? For anyone to say this is not on the scale of cyberpunk give your head a shake. For anyone that wants a refund it should be a no questions asked transaction.
SDS, you have [censored] the bed repeatedly...now own it and do the right thing already. Maybe just try and retain a shred of professionalism. -

This isn't a server issue. This is gameplay stuff. I'd bet 90% of it relates to the thousands of RTTS problems they have.
Server load is no longer an excuse for people to whine about.

Like every year for this game. The way sds handles its server issues is wait it out till alot of people quit and then less stress on servers. Every year

Sadly, this is what seems to be the one and only concern anymore, not just with the show but numerous other games. As long as people spend the money on microtransactions they get their money. Fix just enough to keep the folks buying

If all this had happened this morning after they posted the scheduled maintenance or it was advertised what time it was going to be it be understandable and I wouldn’t have a complaint but this is happening way too often without scheduled or unscheduled maintenance times
