Because people keep pumping money into the game for DD. It doesn't matter if the gameplay is good or not, as long as they are getting the amount of extra money from people buying stubs. I'm not saying this to hate on people who do buy stubs, if you have the money and want to spend it on this game that's fine ( I bought some the first year I ever played DD, but have not and never will again for something that is only good for one season) but they will never fix the many many issues they have in all the other modes if people keep doing that. Franchise is basically unplayable now because all their resources have gone toward Diamond Dynasty, which is understandable from a company stand point but you lose the fan base that supported the original version of this game that was all about franchise

Yes, thank you for the update. We all understand you guys can't respond to every post, but periodic updates like this at least let everyone know that yes you guys are working on a patch or are aware of issues, etc. The longer it goes without hearing anything, the more people get aggravated and upset because they feel like the problems aren't being heard. We also understand you can't make the game right for everyone, but if an overwhelming majority are having the same issues just knowing they are being looked at and an update every now and then (not expecting daily or even weekly) will calm a lot of it down.

Aim a pitch a foot outside, have perfect release and it goes down the middle of the plate. Hit a ball perfect/perfect and it's low exit velo, hit the same pitch with your PCI nowhere close and it's a no doubter. Your outfielders likes to watch the ball bounce 3 inches in front of him instead of bothering to catch it or they like to let it bounce off their stupid face. Infielders take all day to leisurely toss the ball to first with no urgency. Franchise is a broken s*** show, it goes on and on

Another update, STILL not added. But they find the time add a bunch of common free agents just so every pack now has better odds of garbage free agents nobody wants. What a joke. I know I can't be the only one, but why do I keep reading "content is great this year"? What content? A fourth version card of the same player for purchase with stubs (which they hope people pay actual money for)? What's the new content? They've deleted numerous things over the years from mode that were already there and made a lot of modes unenjoyable to try to get everyone to DD to spend more money. And adding new cards isn't content - it's a carrot to try to get people to buy a new version. New content is expanding the modes you have, not removing features that were already there to try and force people to play the grindfest or pay cash for cards. Cards are good, content has been terrible for a few years now to me.

It's because nobody can get their [censored] kicked in a video game anymore, it's not that someone is better than you and you take your beating and learn from it, the game will make you stay in it and penalize a good player and the guy who has no idea what he's doing can hit bombs and feel good. This is online play, you basically have to accept it or don't buy this game

HR derby is glitched AF. People start out -1, get 2 HR credit for every one they hit, foul balls magically turn 90 degrees to fair and count, it's sad. Yeah it's not a super popular mode but how hard is it to get this right. You hit a home run or you don't, one home run is one home run not to. I played one and made it to the finals, the guy I played against had over 30 each round. I counted pitches the next couple times I played, I never got over 31 in a round even with bonus time so how did he hit 30 some plus each round? But you don't spend money on this mode, so it won't get fixed anytime soon

Have played some HR derby, this is broken. Just played someone who was getting 2 hr credit for every one hit. Ball logic is stupid, you can see the track start foul, turn 90 degrees and go fair then shoot straight up in the air and go over the wall. What? You can't even get ball physics correct?

It ain't patched by now, it ain't gonna be. This is just how games are nowadays. Release a broken piece of [censored], release a statement saying we're working on all the issues, fix maybe 50% of them if your lucky, and hope by then everyone has adjusted to the garbage game you made and quits complaining. Not just sports game either, it's the same for every single game anymore in every genre. Preorder is a joke, you're giving them money for a game months out that will be delayed 8 times and then still be junk when released. But they'll patch it (maybe) in 6 months!

And will be ignored by SDS. No stubs involved.

That's how you have to do it, use dynamic until you get where you want it and then turn it off so it used to lock it there.

Yes, it's a game that's rigged to help weaker players (which are the majority) keep up with better players so they stay interested. It also works in reverse as some better players will think they need "better cards" when they lose to weaker players with better cards.
