Check out Kimbrel. Or if you use a CAP put Kimbrel's delivery on him. He always works out of the stretch, has kind of a short arm delivery and there is no pause in his delivery, should be a balk when runners are on base.

Is Chapman good offline? I remember him having bad control. I noticed his price also shot up in the last week.
Chapman is easy to hit, Rob Dibble hits 100 and has been great for me.
