......I mean, you can't forfeit constitutional rights that you don't have. The first five words of the First Amendment are "Congress shall make no law..."
SDS ain't Congress. They can do whatever they want on a forum that they own. What can't happen is that the police can't put you in prison for asking for a refund.
ALSO - the server issues are COMPLETE garbage and consumers should be compensated for the time lost and opportunities lost. At the VERY least they need to extend the time available to complete deadlined programs like the 1st Inning.

How would they be able to improve next year if they refund everyone? You need money to make improvements... Baseball season is long, these game errors will improve, hopefully.
Also, $100 for many many hours of eventual entertainment this summer is still a bargain, if you are an adult with a job...

I agree with this, they ABSOLUTELY SHOULD issue refunds for the game to everyone at this point. They make WAY more off stub sales every year the game sales anyway. They ALWAYS have server issues every single year.....something which makes ZERO sense to me...how can you have ONE job, which is to make ONE game every year....yet have the same issue year after year.... it truly is inexcusable

I literally went to Best Buy and bought a copy of MLB 20. I knew I shouldn't have gotten rid of my copy! But I was duped by SDS again with this pile of hot garbage. SDS YOU GUYS JUST LOST A 15 YEAR CUSTOMER. MLB 20 is now my official baseball game. I'm returning my copy of MLB 21 & I'm not playing again until RTTS/DD integration & Online integration/Single Player integration is gone. I will not support your products if this how you guys treat your long time customers. I know, I'm one drop in a pond, probably doesn't matter that much to you guys, but I hope SDS starts losing customers because of this B.S. & they start ACTUALLY listening to the fans

It usually has server issues for maybe 72 hours MAX. I have been on the show since inception back in 05. This has been going on for TWO WEEKS now as of tomorrow. This is nothing but unacceptable imo.

I’d take my $100 back if they’d refund it. I had over 700 hours played last year and probably 80 this year. I love the game but these issues are frustrating

I literally could not find a single game review or article that even mentioned all the server issues for the first week, probably 10 days. And even then it was places I've never heard of. Not one major outlet mentioned any major bugs or massive server outages. I've never seen that with a game before.. I guess draw your own conclusions.

99 percent of us don't want our money back. But only the disappointed speak out.

99 percent of us don't want our money back. But only the disappointed speak out.
So are you saying i'm not disapointed because i don't speak out? I have spoke out plenty over the years. But what i won't do is give any slack to people who continuously make threads about something when 1 thread will do.
If that makes me a "fanboy" then so be it. At least i'm not a robot! Or doing something just because someone else is. When "I" speak out it will be because i believe it not because everyone else is.
I approach every thread as a nuetral party most of time. I have always wanted my contribution in this community to be towards the betterment of the game not 1 single mode.
So yes you will see me contributing to various parts of the forum b/c i play everything in the game. So therefore that puts me in a position to have an opinion on alot of topics i believe along with being with game for over a decade.
I have spoken out plenty of times i just didn't feel the need too this time based off of past experiences for 1, and for two they knew servers were down they acknowledged it and for me that was plenty. I didn't feel the need the need to beat a dead horse.
