    If this wasn't a Sony game they'd be discussing pulling it from the PS Store just like Cyberpunk. I played Cyberpunk which crashed every 60-90 min from start to finish and still didn't annoy me as much as this game.

    You got lucky...there was one point before the first hot fix, crashes were coming every 10 minutes or so...this is nothing, been playing this game for a while and know that the first few weeks are rough, but some of the newer players won't understand...come mid May it should be flawless...

    Yeah I was on PS5. I did hear it was much worse on PS4, like unplayable.

    That was PS5...

    Yeah I dunno then. I played the game at release.

    Yeah same here...played it through about 4 or 5 times...I had that game pre-ordered since the first pre-orders went out...there were days it would work for 5 or 6 hours and then days where it would work 10 mins at a time...at least this game doesn't have fatal errors where you can't play it, it is all server based problems, and once they fix those, the game should be much more enjoyable...

    It's like that South Park episode with the cable company...or the BP episodes where they keep saying sorry but keep messing stuff up...hahaha

    What's even more hilarious is Sds wording. " we thank you for you patience ". You know why because they know you guys aren't going anywhere. That's what companies say when they already have your money. No refunds available...no other competitive baseball games. You will wait until we figure this out......oh and thank you for your patience....like we have a choice

    We have no way of knowing which level of the organisation’s structure is at fault here. Let’s not pretend we do by pointing fingers. Let the company sort that out.

    The game will get better, this happens every year, some years worse than others, but in today’s modern gaming YOU are the testers, so keep reporting those bugs, they’ll listen and things will get patched up, so in time expect a smoother experience….

    I don’t think everyone would agree with this and, frankly, anyone that would wish job loses on people because they haven’t been able to play there video game enough is a [censored]!

    We do have a way. They could tell us. Like CD Projekt did with Cyberpunk 2077. But Sony/SDS are never open about anything.

    I am so sick of hearing that "this happens every year" as an excuse. If that is true, that makes it even worse. It is not an excuse for this BS. Some of you are fine with being the victim of corporate greed, and the new "games are always broken at launch" mentality, I am not. We cannot allow this "new normal" to continue.

    Look, [censored] happens, I totally get that.

    What I have not been ok with is their lack of communication. People are losing a MASSIVE amount of xp, stubs, cards apparently, and TA vouchers due to this and they still have yet to address that core issue.

    I’ve said it before, if they care out and told everyone they would drop some TA vouchers and xp for everyone that would go a long way to smoothing this over.

    Honestly, if they’d just communicate better about the issues along the way, things wouldn’t fester to the degree they do. The company policy against community discussion of problems is just not acceptable at this point. I’ve run my own business (healthcare) for 30 years. If I communicated this poorly, I wouldn’t have employees or patients. Not to mention I’d have malpractice lawsuits out the ying yang.

    Yep. See my post before yours in this thread. I’ve lost hours of progress in the game due to the server issues, submitted tickets, with ZERO response.

    Game companies need to be held accountable for the [censored] they put out.
    Look at it a different way..
    You buy a car and get it home. It sometimes starts and half the time it does it stops running down the street. You can listen to the radio and the windows go up and down so when you call the car company they tell you no refunds because you drove it home and it is functional and they might fix the rest when and if the mechanics get trained (patched). That company would be in so much trouble.

    We need legislation or a class action law suit to stop this stuff. Maybe some day...

    Well when their job is literally to make a playable video game and they utterly failed on multiple levels, I think losing their job is warranted.

    Sadly, we don't all agree. The fact that there are people that still do not want to hold these people accountable for a product sold, released, and still broken on pretty much every level 2 weeks later, is why they keep doing it. Companies like this know that there will be no repercussions because at the end of the day, these fans will continue to be happy with them and support them. I personally think that the entire QA team and whoever is the head of development need to be fired. They have utterly failed to do their job.
