The guy who said it's $100 for a year is also wrong, it's $100 for as long as you own a console. This game could last you 10 years if you didn't care about getting the new one every year. I agree. I don't like the server issues, who does. It needs to be fixed ASAP. I just think coming on here and demanding refunds and lawsuits is equally as ridiculous as SDS not having it together. I also think paying extra just for early access is stupid too. Having a head start on everyone else doesn't give you an advantage, and if it does, it might last a week. Anyone who has ever played this game at launch before saw this coming a mile away. The complaints about RTTS at least have some merit. Anyone who didn't see the server issues coming was kidding themselves from the start.
It happens every year. Soon someone will file an Online Petition and try to get everyone to go sign. It is pointless though. They won't get anywhere.
Great Points all around but not everyone wanted a head start, some just wanted to play.
I played Warzone till January and literally didn't touch my console till Friday April 16th when I pre-ordered so I could play MLBTS.
And if anyone thinks this is the end of Server Errors, Program Errors or Event Problems, you don't really know MLBTS.
All good because when it works properly, It is great Baseball!!!

They refuse to believe anyone but SDS has these problems. Hell Apex Legends (an EA title) has server issues 3 times a week and that came out 2 years ago

They will get thier money's worth guaranteed! If they don't it will be thier own fault just takes patience.
This is the attitude that allows companies to have bad practices. If this was the first time this has happened, I would say this is bad but things will get better but this is as yearly as the game itself. That's why people are upset and they have every right to be upset. It's also a 2 way street, no one is saying you need to come into the threads and talk about how people are complaining. Just move along, it'll all work out soon and there won't be as many complainers, you just have to have patience.
Oh horsecrap! It is not a yearly thing where every mode is effected! It's usually the online modes only and it is usually resolved after 2nd day! This year was different and you know it!
Covid slowed development which was part of the cause for late release, then throw in MLB forcing them to offer it on multiple platforms, oh yeah and coding for 3 platforms they never worked on before. So enough with all the blame SDS they have a big fanbase why? Because 9/10 times the gameplay is superb aside from first hiccups.
So yeah i personally gave them a pass before it even launched b/c of the aforementioned. But if you don't want to acknowlege that's on you but don't sit there and tell me how the game has been like this every year when i've played and pre-orderd for last 11 or 12 years.
And i never once said people shouldn't be upset b/c that's not up to me to decide how someone else feels. And the same goes for you! You don't have the right to tell me what attitude i can or can't have toward a company.
If i want to come into the forums and voice my opinion i can! I paid the same $100 everyone else did! You are just butthurt cause i slap you around with facts and common sense! Well you put your pants on one leg at a time just like everyone else you are no better than me! So you can take your advice and feed to someone who doesn't know better. Have a nice day!

There is no excuse for releasing a defective product. 80 dollars is a lot of money to some of us. We should not have to "be patient" to get what we paid for.
Did you get the free packs and stubs that came with pre order? B/c that has value as well. Did you complain when you happily ripped them open, or when you spent the stubs on more packs or players?
Hell no you didn't b/c it benefitted you but now servers are down off and on for less than a week it's all bout torches and pitchforks b/c it doesn't benefit you! Exact definition of Entitled!
