Coming to the rescue, what are you talking about. I think we are just asking you guys to have some perspective. You aren't ordering a pizza dude, apples and oranges. I agree. I don't like the server issues, who does. It needs to be fixed ASAP. I just think coming on here and demanding refunds and lawsuits is equally as ridiculous as SDS not having it together. I also think paying extra just for early access is stupid too. Having a head start on everyone else doesn't give you an advantage, and if it does, it might last a week. Anyone who has ever played this game at launch before saw this coming a mile away. The complaints about RTTS at least have some merit. Anyone who didn't see the server issues coming was kidding themselves from the start.

This is the attitude that allows companies to have bad practices. If this was the first time this has happened, I would say this is bad but things will get better but this is as yearly as the game itself. That's why people are upset and they have every right to be upset. It's also a 2 way street, no one is saying you need to come into the threads and talk about how people are complaining. Just move along, it'll all work out soon and there won't be as many complainers, you just have to have patience.

I can’t fathom the lunacy for someone to make excuses for a corporation in this manner. A corporation that I can just about guarantee ran a cost analysis for this very situation and decided upon “should be fine” to ensure the most profit, because they already have our money and even better for them, some individuals will even defend them in a situation like this.
And above all else, if my mentality leads more to pitchforks than understanding it’s because the way the situation is currently being handled. If SDS was being open and transparent I’d feel better about the situation.
It’s not hard to say, (x) is the issue, we’re trying (y), (z) is our reasonable expectation and time frame, we’ll let you know if it changes.
As it stands we’ve gotten a couple tweets that have been carefully worded to minimize the severity of the issue, while they are promoting DoubleXP weekend which seems like it has no chance of working.You say entitled...I’m not sure you understand what that word means. I say discerning and intelligent, because I’m not sure how expecting a product you purchase to work would be considered looking for special treatment.

It happens every year. Soon someone will file an Online Petition and try to get everyone to go sign. It is pointless though. They won't get anywhere.
Great Points all around but not everyone wanted a head start, some just wanted to play.
I played Warzone till January and literally didn't touch my console till Friday April 16th when I pre-ordered so I could play MLBTS.
And if anyone thinks this is the end of Server Errors, Program Errors or Event Problems, you don't really know MLBTS.
All good because when it works properly, It is great Baseball!!!

They refuse to believe anyone but SDS has these problems. Hell Apex Legends (an EA title) has server issues 3 times a week and that came out 2 years ago

It is a video game. That I paid a lot of money for. And it does not work. Name me one industry that releases a defective product and expects their customers to be ok with it.
