Adalberto Mondesi is still young and plate discipline can be learned, I think.

Byron Buxton has the same flaws as Mondesi(plate discipline) and is already better. I like Mondesi but I think Buxton has a much better shot of doing what you described

If he could simply pick up his average to a .280 he would easily be an annual all star. I had Mondesi on my OOTP squad - he raked that year and was league leader for steals. Sadly I was the A's and after his contract was up I couldn't afford to keep him...
He is a kind of an under the radar guy right now but he could break out soon.
