I imagined Brooks Robinson to be a reward for pt 2. Eddie Murray would work as well.
The awards don’t change from part 1 to part 2.
I'm not expecting it but they have added rewards to events before.

Maybe they are going all out for the forever event. Have a 200 win event and a new card reward every 25 with whatever 99's being at 175 and 200? One can hope.

That would be nice!! Robin Robert’s is another first year guy with only one card.

Ya but usually I think it's just packs and stuff like that. I don't think I've seen players added for a second or third part of an event.
