Does using pinpoint pitching online give you the best advantage???
I've used Pure Analog for years on the show offline in my franchise modes, etc. But I've noticed recently in the past few years that when I use PA online my opponent's barrel everything and can score 5 plus years an inning. But when I switch it to pinpoint pitching, I am able to get outs and go like 5 scoreless innings against the same opponent (in game switch).

@AndyWilk09_PSN Who is your favorite team or favorite team(s) to use in franchise?

I use a combination of mlb.com (team sites), fan graphs roster resource, and MLB the Show itself as my three resources for edits. Contracts can be edited for individual players through the games roster edits.
Players with guaranteed money and years are edited to match the closest dollar amount based off of AAV per year, and minor leaguers with service time are based off mlb minimum 000,000 and minor leaguers with no service time get the MILB minimum salary.

I’m hoping by the end of the weekend to provide our franchise users the best possible roster update. I understand everyone’s frustration when it comes to franchise rosters and I am also one of them. My plan is to focus more on contracts, positional depth charts, 40 man roster, active roster, prospects, payrolls. I don’t plan to edit ratings just yet, as I will wait to see how players perform in the first few weeks. However, I promise to provide my best work in the areas listed above. some people tried making it...it's not great but I think you can upload there edits and continue to make your own to update it better.

What is up with the roster update? Injured players on the active roster still, healthy players that are not, and even some players who are on active rosters that aren't even in the game yet.... I don't get it. They got 6 Yankees catchers, yet don't have one that is on the active roster.

I do rosters for franchise every year. I try my best to get all 30 teams as accurate as possible. I usually try to leave ratings to the game itself but I focus more on 40 man, prospects, lineups, rotations, contracts and depth chart.

I’m waiting for the first update from the game before I get into my in depth edits for each team. I will be uploading my editing to Twitch daily and love feedback and suggestions.

The only thing that bothers me about doing this every year is other people eventually download my upload, make minor to no edits and call it their own in a separate upload. I try to see it as a compliment but it’s annoying them taking credit.

Will he be on the roster before opening day….? Was it last years game and was the predicted to be back up weeks ago.

Xbox users have using bots again to know what pitches are coming and location. I turned off cross play and haven’t had any issue against ps5 users.

Can I reset a freeze off L? I was 3-0 last night and I played one more game and was up 4-1 in the 5th and my opponent created a freeze off and I waited 45 minutes for him and finally had to call it. Of course I got the L and my first fake loss. Can you reset these? And report the guy?

So, I'm assuming now that Wandy Peralta has signed with another team (besides NYY) you guys will give him the respectable overall he deserves...? Wandy spent three seasons with the Yankees and was extremely reliable and efficient on a constant basis. However, they never rated him over 69. Wandy just got a 4 year 16.5-million-dollar deal with incentives at the age of 32 as a relief pitcher. He should be min 75 overall next year.

93 to 78 in just 10 starts?? Knowing he was coming off an injury? I feel like that's a bit much

I don't ask for a whole lot when it comes to the show...but if not this season...I would love to see a 2014 Version of Jacoby Ellsbury. (his best season as a Yankee) He is one of my favorite players/yankees and I would like for them to do it. In my unbiased opinion, I would put him as 85 overall.

@PAinPA_PSN again, you are being as direct as you can be, and I respect that... However, it just seems to be a bit more consistent with Cole compared to other guys... He is also still on pace for 200 plus K for a third straight season and when you sim a franchise he finishes with like 120 now that he is 70.

@PAinPA_PSN I just think it’s ridiculous being 70, when he started 80 and he is a top strikeout pitcher in the game. They have bums with higher K attributes

Fair. However, it’s still top in baseball and usually they don’t update guys so dramatically during the season, but with Cole it’s gone down 80 points in like 4 updates.

Cole continues to lead baseball or be in the top 5 for strikeouts each season. However, the game continues to lower his attribute. ( 80 - now 70..)

Why is this???
