I Tried something last night in desperation as even after they fixed the linking issue, my content was missing. Not just from my PS5, but also from my MLBTS account.

One last idea before deleting the game and moving on....AND IT WORKED.

Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses. Then choose to restore licenses and go through any prompts to execute. Make sure you are on the profile that you paid for your content with when doing this.

Once you have performed the above, restart your console and log back into the game, and then DD - I did this and afterwards EVERYTHING WAS BACK!!!

I hope this works for everyone - if so, share with all you know so we can all play some Show!!!!

I did that the other day and all of it was still gone. My ballplayer that I created and all of the equipment I put on him loads in but nothing else

It was a combo of both. If you haven’t tried post update yesterday I’d give it another go.

If you are going to make every mode forced to be online, the least you can do is make sure the servers work two weeks after launch. Jesus Christ AOL Online has better connections then this game.

AOL is also an ISP. It should be better. You should try to throw a different analogy out there.

I should have been more specific. I am referring to vintage dial up AOL. That good stuff back in the day where you wait 30 minutes for the connection and pray to whatever God you believe in that it would work. Good times.

And then hope mom didn’t pick up the phone.

Now everything is gone from my mlbts account too like I never played. I have a screen shot of my team.

I have no preorder content.

I have none of the cards I paid money to buy packs with.

Please help. I just want to play the game with what I paid for.

Like many of you, when I came to the web site this morning, I did not have the option to log in to the MLBTS web account. I logged in with PSN and the web site is showing my earlier progress (YAY!) I logged in with Xbox, and it shows the "wiped out" progress. I had uninstalled the game on both consoles, so I'm re-installing now.

Until / Unless they provide SPECIFIC instructions on how to link accounts without losing everything, I'll just play on the PS5.

Happy for you man. For me it’s a big fat zero across the board. Everything gone on all consoles and web.

Sorry man. As I noted, I had uninstalled the game on both consoles. I wonder if that in any way made a difference?

Do you still have a MLBTS web account log in option? If so, it could mean that whatever fix involves manually (by SDS) deleting that account, and they just haven't gotten to you yet. (Fingers Crossed).

No there isn’t even an option to login to my show account. Just PS and XB. Hoping my team is still out in space somewhere.

Silly question, but how are you able to post on your MLBTS credentials? I can only post on my PSN ones right now.

Because I’m still logged in from last night on the boards but can’t login to the actual site. I’m guessing if I log out of have to use my ps or xb credentials.

Oh okay. I was just hopeful you’d be able to see your dashboard and fix your account.

Man I wish. That’s all I’ve had to hang on to for hope is the fact my team still was showing on web. Now with that gone I’m fearful that I am completely screwed. Just hopeful the linking being down is what is going on and when they get that back up the rest of us can join you all in celebration lol.

There is a notification that account linking is disabled for maintenance so fingers crossed this will fix those of us still wiped. Keep your bats up fellas!

Not sure about @naptownwolf_MLBTS but I no longer have a MLBTS web account log in option and I’m still wiped. But glad to hear you were restored!

Yeah no mlbts login for me either and nothing has returned to anything on console. -*sigh

Just had my wife look at console and my stuff is still gone

To anyone that has had success on console:

Is it reflecting on the web too? I can’t check my console until tonight and everything still gone on the show site. Used to be there under my show account but now it’s gone.

@Victor_SDS_PSN thank you for the update. It looks like some of us are still experiencing the issue. Any words of wisdom?

I’m at work so I can’t check the game. There’s not even a login option for my show account in here and my PS account doesn’t show my team. Hoping when I get home tonight it’s good.

So now my MLBTS account is blank. Not showing the team like yesterday. Now there’s no trace of my team and I can use my mlbts account to login to the site. Hoping they just aren’t done yet.

I have already talked to a lawyer about starting a class action lawsuit against SDS due to fradulent advertising of the cross-progression feature leading to thousands of lost accounts. Keep flooding SDS support with e-mails daily. They answer about 1 in 10 tickets that are sent. Fire Ramon
