My PS5 pre-order progress is still gone.

How are you guys able to unlink? I just loaded up my PS5 and I’m still wiped. Also no more ‘The Show’ account.
I was able to use the unlink button I have ps4 it wasn’t working before but I still don’t have my stuff pre link or my previous order perks . Show account is gone now as well
Where do you see an unlink button? I don’t have it on my dashboard.

In game go to your profile in top left click on that icon , go to my profile then bottom right is link / unlink account

Unfortunately it looks like most of us have been completely screwed and robbed out of paid content due to SDS incompetence and the inability to admit failure on their part. Even in the "server update notes", they fail to mention the link/unlink issue. I thought you couldn't get worse than EA and I always promoted SDS to EA loyalists, and this is the reward we all recieve.

I don’t have that. I checked my PS4/5 versions and my XSX copy. Ugh.

Like many of you, when I came to the web site this morning, I did not have the option to log in to the MLBTS web account. I logged in with PSN and the web site is showing my earlier progress (YAY!) I logged in with Xbox, and it shows the "wiped out" progress. I had uninstalled the game on both consoles, so I'm re-installing now.
Until / Unless they provide SPECIFIC instructions on how to link accounts without losing everything, I'll just play on the PS5.

Not sure about @naptownwolf_MLBTS but I no longer have a MLBTS web account log in option and I’m still wiped. But glad to hear you were restored!

Not sure about @naptownwolf_MLBTS but I no longer have a MLBTS web account log in option and I’m still wiped. But glad to hear you were restored!
Yeah no mlbts login for me either and nothing has returned to anything on console. -*sigh

after this latest update still haven't gotten my Diamond Dynasty team back, I'm still at level 5 instead of 11 when I somehow got those removed. I also lost my player after unlinking my account. so hopefully they can actually fix this game, I'm not sure which game has the worst start this game or Fallout 76 with all the issues they have

There is a notification that account linking is disabled for maintenance so fingers crossed this will fix those of us still wiped. Keep your bats up fellas!

Because I’m still logged in from last night on the boards but can’t login to the actual site. I’m guessing if I log out of have to use my ps or xb credentials.
