Not sure what to do right now. I get the error every time I try to link my old account on the show my account page. But it gives the reset all progress button that I haven’t pressed yet. Any ideas?
I’m working with Sony to get a refund. I’ve had enough. Just going to get my money back and be done with it.
I’m about to call too and see if they can refund me my $200 dollars and I’ll just never link the Xbox account to the website again
That’s what I’m thinking about doing. Just starting over with the game pass version on Xbox. Not sure tho, honestly. I have a really really bad taste in my mouth after all of this.
I foolishly bought the physical edition for the steel case. Dumb on my part, because I’m kinda stuck with it. Couldn’t return it.
LOL so I finally just got ahold of someone with Sony on the phone about a refund for the game and in-game purchases and he told me that SDS are the ones that control the refund process for this title so I have to wait for a response back from their terrible customer support so only God knows how long that will be. Their system at Sony wouldn’t allow him to refund any part of the game. At this point it literally feels like they stole my money.
Hopefully they fix yours. I’m really pulling for it to happen. You may get it fixed before a refund, ha

Yeah, I kinda wonder if they’re not watching this thread. I posted on the maintenance thread in General and tagged Victor SDS and about an hour later my account was magically linked. All accounts were in the MLBTS account, I unlinked both of them, and then started up the game on PS. Immediately loaded content. Worth trying there. Good luck dude, I hope one of the paths works out. I was nearing your level of frustration yesterday.

GUYS!!!!! I FIGURED OUT A TRICK ON PS - This may work on XB as well, just not sure how to go about it, but essentially you need to restore your purchases/licenses.
I Tried something last night in desperation as even after they fixed the linking issue, my content was missing. Not just from my PS5, but also from my MLBTS account.
One last idea before deleting the game and moving on....AND IT WORKED.
Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses. Then choose to restore licenses and go through any prompts to execute. Make sure you are on the profile that you paid for your content with when doing this.
Once you have performed the above, restart your console and log back into the game, and then DD - I did this and afterwards EVERYTHING WAS BACK!!!
I hope this works for everyone - if so, share with all you know so we can all play some Show!!!!

They finally freaking answered one of my support tickets. Here is what it said

I have no clue what they did but last night PS5 and PS4 all is well, but not Xbox X. Today I logged into Xbox X and it allowed me to use the link code from Xbox X on the THESHOW.COME website, accepted my code AND linked. All progress carried over.
So as of now, everything is working on my PS4, PS5, and Xbox X. HAPPY HUMP DAY!

I just wish they’d provide clear instructions on the linking and unlinking. I can currently unlink my Xbox from everything. I’m wondering if that will truly restore my preorder content.
But then if I do, I’m afraid I’ll lose all my current progress and so I’m just holding off on linking/unlinking anything.

My account still hasn’t been restored. I get an error when I login to my Xbox and psn accounts and it won’t let me login to my show account. In game it just says link account like it’s not linked.

So I just logged into my psn account on theshow. Com and ALL OF MY STUFF IS BACK
