    If you are going to make every mode forced to be online, the least you can do is make sure the servers work two weeks after launch. Jesus Christ AOL Online has better connections then this game.

    AOL is also an ISP. It should be better. You should try to throw a different analogy out there.

    I should have been more specific. I am referring to vintage dial up AOL. That good stuff back in the day where you wait 30 minutes for the connection and pray to whatever God you believe in that it would work. Good times.

    And then hope mom didn’t pick up the phone.

    Guys. If your desperate like I was here’s what I did.. I purchased a 100 dollar gift card for Xbox then Purchased the digital deluxe on Xbox. Redeemed all the packs and spent the stubs. Then asked for a refund due to servers messing up. And was refunded within an hour.. now Since the Xbox is still linked to ps5 all those redemptions are STILL attached to my account and I have been using them ever since. The gift card they refunded to me went to buy more stubs with which I purchased some of the guys I had on my lost account .. btw stubs are 10% off on Xbox.

    I’m desperate yes. But I’m not giving them another [censored] penny of my money. Even if it will get refunded.

    Hey All,

    Tried something last night in desperation as even after they fixed the linking issue, my content was missing. Not just from my PS5, but also from my MLBTS account.

    One last idea before deleting the game and moving on....AND IT WORKED.

    Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses. Then choose to restore licenses and go through any prompts to execute. Make sure you are on the profile that you paid for your content with when doing this.

    Once you have performed the above, restart your console and log back into the game, and then DD - I did this and afterwards EVERYTHING WAS BACK!!!

    I hope this works for everyone - if so, share with all you know so we can all play some Show!!!!

    Lol Victor isn’t responding to anything or anyone. No one from SDS is. If any of my reps treated their customers like this i would fire them in a heartbeat. But there’s no other way to complain. My ticket has been in for a week and I haven’t as much as received acknowledgment of the ticket. SDS is a joke.

    I’m personally giving it until Friday then I will contact Sony for a refund of all funds spent and will be filing a report with consumer affairs and consumer protection. I’m also looking into a class action lawsuit but if I go the refund route i won’t be able to do class action unless Sony rejects the refund.

    I just asked yet another YouTuber to help us get through to SDS about this issue so we can come off the sidelines and continue to play the game and the response was yet again, "SDS knows about the issue". Were in this on our own.

    They would care more if it was their team that vanished into thin air.

    Like many of you, when I came to the web site this morning, I did not have the option to log in to the MLBTS web account. I logged in with PSN and the web site is showing my earlier progress (YAY!) I logged in with Xbox, and it shows the "wiped out" progress. I had uninstalled the game on both consoles, so I'm re-installing now.

    Until / Unless they provide SPECIFIC instructions on how to link accounts without losing everything, I'll just play on the PS5.

    Happy for you man. For me it’s a big fat zero across the board. Everything gone on all consoles and web.

    So now my MLBTS account is blank. Not showing the team like yesterday. Now there’s no trace of my team and I can use my mlbts account to login to the site. Hoping they just aren’t done yet.
