Not odd at all, being injured his over will stay the same,no risk of getting downgraded,so supply doesn't affect his price as ppl are careful to protect his value when selling because he will always be 90+ and valuable.

This is how I feel. I'm still a bit confused about why I'd want to buy anything related to set one at this point... and I'm curious what will happen to those cards in the market once set one finishes in a few weeks.

positives:
mini seasons: listen of course its making the bad as well, but on paper, this idea is wonderful. packs that are achievable in a variety of ways, felt less monotonous than conquest, easy to alter teams and playing a somewhat variable computer. great for grinding, offline play. was so much fun esp at launch

market/content: of course overall the content has been consistent, am I saying its the best no, but getting players was so easy this year. I know the market was weird and I dont buy or sell like stocks, but I felt really with some grinding and some luck I could attain so many very good cards either for free or 100K or less.

throwback packs in events: aweome, tho ideally proabably will be moved to more wins but I love the ease of saying f this event and coming back next event. talking to you verlander

negatives: lol theres so many but for me big few ones:

mini seasons: essentially the quickets way to have a server crash or poor connection is to restart a mini season. oh and when you do enjoy your record being off. also computer pitchers dont get tired and pitch every game is brutal. also the longoria thing. finally offer some better rewards, this willy adames shouldve been 3 months ago

coop: anyone actually play this? offer rewards just like BR like total innings played etc. just make it fun like uniforms or equipment or packs

fielding: groundballs are a nightmare. its bad your first reaction is R2 or RT

misc: announcers are bad, bring back derosa ( who still cant hit a slider) or just make the commentary a smidge better.
events: make them more of an event please, HOF difficutly, actually only switch hitters, baby boomers vs under 23 squads, AL vs NL, certain eras or fields etc. get creative
soundtrack still meh.
finally introduce some new freaking packs. the shop is a joke. add some 80's or starting pitcher packs or something. 99% of the game is standard packs. loved the chase pack but why settle for literally one thing. add so much more there
also exchanges: like why does this exist? let alone ok let me swap my 19210103 commons then have to open the bronze pack then swap more

I don’t mind the soundtrack. Song rights can be incredibly costly and holds up a lot of things in RL. SDS simply does not have the budget that other companies like 2K has and if rather them focus the money they do have on other things like server stability and possibly new legends

Why I don't play online alot. SDS allowing Openers and Starters coming in as relief killed any kind of simulation for this game.

Yes, I know it's a video game and you play to win. And I know 'real MLB teams' do it; but this isn't a real game. It's a video game.

I'm thinking once they stop producing this game for the PS4; I'm not buying it anymore.

Not buying a PS5 just for one game and I don't feel like playing in cartoon stadiums.

I cant stand created stadiums especially on ranked. events whatever I guess nbd, BR is a joke as is but when you play a guy who clearly drafted for his home field is frustratinga s well. I played a ranked game where the entire stadium was surrounded by 12093 jumbotrons that gave me headache with all the WOW and stuff.

This is purely a technical test. This allows us to test our servers as well as get feedback from players. Progress is isolated to just the tech test with nothing carried over to the final version of game.

Maybe a parallel system with a +5 for diamonds, +10 golds, +15 silvers and +20 for commons?

dumb question, but did you check the headphone volume on the PS5 itself or just in game? I thought my phones were shot and realized the volume on the console was only at half.

yeah see I checked that too, I figured ill reach out to turtle beach itself but just odd/frustrating sound is muffled randomly

I prepared for this collection and got Mookie and sold everything I had that was extra and still have 600k stubs. I did have to buy a few cards but was close. Flipping silver and gold non LS cards has been where it's at. There are still some cards I could sell and make another 200k right now but I'm hanging on to them for future events ect. I'd say spend a little time flipping cards and finish the collected.

Completely agree and exactly what I meant. You have your starters and 5 bench players. If one or two of those guys you want as bench players/pinch hitters you should have that option. Definately not a larger roster size.
