set 1 is completed, advice for xtra cards

As title goes, and due to some on purpose and some collecting other cards, I finished set 1. I have a tatis and some other cards and current stub count is 20k due to oh so many 60k pack buys ha. Tatis currently on the bench for me since I just got David wright. I know I can use him offline and wildcard but likely he won’t play again, so really is there any need left for him? I doubt they’ll do a collection for chase pack cards or charisma.

Personally I like collecting all the cards but that is gonna be a challenge this year and it’s way to early to even think about that. I would sell off any Season 1 cards you don’t want so you can ramp up that stub count. You can always buy them back later if that’s important to you. But if you’re not an OCD must collect them all type, just use the guys you like. I don’t see Tatis going up in price.

Why complete set one when it has like 3 weeks left? I only did 2/3 of it a while ago and only doing 2/3 of season 2. Plenty of cards to use and avoid the big priced cards

This is how I feel. I'm still a bit confused about why I'd want to buy anything related to set one at this point... and I'm curious what will happen to those cards in the market once set one finishes in a few weeks.
