people who have ps5 need your help

sorry dont know who else to ask and figured maybe ill find an answer here: so I just got a ps5 everything is going well ( the frame rate or something is def different but ive adjusted) but main question is I have turtle beach stealth 600 headphones and the sound is pretty significantly decreased. ive tried setting and in game volume and when I unplug my mic the sound is fine. Also I know my mic isnt the issue since it works fine with my ps4. any suggestions or any one encounter similar issues?
Also its not just the show since fortnite is decreased as well! thanks and enjoy the trea turner grind -

I have a PS5, but once I discovered the speaker in the controller, I stopped using my headset. But I do know there was a way to control the volume, so I am sure some guys hear can guide you in the right direction.

yeah see I checked that too, I figured ill reach out to turtle beach itself but just odd/frustrating sound is muffled randomly
