Try having the CPU generate at Best Lineup for Season 3 on your squad, then edit from there.

Thanks for the heads up. I didn’t realize I had to completely restart a lineup to get it to function properly. I was initially, trying to adjust a preexisting squad.

There was once a magnificent mode called Online Franchise. Full minors, player progression, yearly drafts, and you could play against as many as 29 other people. Those were the days.

Post about the issue until it’s rectified.

Not only are we taxed on funds that have already been taxed twice but now we have lost our FREEDOM to build our Ranked squads as we want. Sets can be nice. Don’t take our free will. Wash rinse repeat. We might not like the next sets player more than the one getting fazed out. Leave Ranked alone. Bring back Online Franchise! Bring back FREEDOM!

Some leagues are locking after advance to playoffs and players can’t access the menu to leave. Is this a widespread issue?

There are 5 pitch types:

PPP

Meter

Analog

Pulse

Classic

2 require use of sticks and 3 require push button. PPP and Meter have already been proven to be two most accurate in accordance to user input in competitive mode. 1 of each type. So discrimination? Not even close. All pitch types are available anywhere throughout the rest of the game.

You used physical handicap as part of your statement in defense so not sure what your point was to that. You want voice activation pitching? There is something for everyone and you have to practice with whichever you choose just like hitting types and fielding types. Just think your saying SDS is being discrimitory was way off base, (no pun intended) b/c that means for someone to be left out. And i just think that statement was proposterus.

Well said Grizz. The main issue I have is the stamina drain difference given to pinpoint. Difference in input method should not affect how fast stamina drains. Quality of pitch release should only do one thing, determine how accurate the pitch is. I have no issue with pinpoint perfect being slightly more accurate than meter. If you go back to my original post you’ll see that I only singled out one benefit, pitcher stamina.

Balks should be on in all competitive game modes. Balks are part of baseball after the age of 12.

Wind is definitely something they should have in all competitive modes. The Show does claim to be a baseball simulation.

you are using woke in a negative way which is not the original meaning behind the term. this dude is simply wrong in his assessment, please don't tie his foolishness to a term that was meant for good.

My main concern with the “perks” is the stamina issue. There is no way Shohei should go 10 innings with 122 pitches and still have green energy. (Just an example of something I’ve seen with my own eyes watching 2 other people play. Stamina shouldn’t be influenced by which input method you use.

For any of you to think it’s foolish for someone to speak up for the handicapped and people that may not have a voice of their own shows exactly how toxic you are. I claim the opinion that “woke” is a negative term.

Classic would be the exception. A pitchers stamina should not be affected by the input mode. Stamina should only be affected by number of pitches thrown in relation to their stamina attribute.

Absolutely the worst take a person can have. Do you even know how baseball works? Runners at 2nd and 3rd, 2 outs, lefty on the bump vs righty at the plate. Walk the bases loaded to put the force at every bag. The call didn’t work out but it was the right call. It seems like you should be mad at Miggy instead of Aaron Boone. Miggy had 3 chances to get 1 hit….he didn’t do it. If he would have had one extra hit during this entire career he would have already had 3000. Even Miguel Cabrera said it was the right call. Not to mention it was a mid April game and the Tigers have 150+ games left to play. How long has it been since Detroit has won the Central/ALCS/World Series? The Tigers barely avoided a sweep and you’re out here talking about how Karma is a fickle witch.

No lead is safe in baseball. Why would a dev think it’s a good idea to allow steals to go uncontested when a player is winning 5-0? It makes no sense. You can basically get a man on and steal for free. No one will cover 2nd or 3rd.
