I edited my catchers gear but when I play a game in diamond dynasty he’s wearing completely different equipment colors. Is there a way to fix this?

I don't know about catchers specifically, but some players equipment can't be changed. Like Acuna will always have that bright yellow equipment no matter what you do.

Best I can figure the CPU just decides on what probably looks good based on your colors. I’ve played guys that have different gear in ranked games and it seems that they can choose their colors based on some of the outrageous uniforms I’ve seen. Not sure how it works or if it’s one of those things were it looks generic to you but your opponent can see what you’ve created. SDS Does so many things right and completely flops on just and many things. Disappointing to say the least.

Created players cannot play in DD. The catcher equipment will work in Road to the Show. I believe only bats and socks can be updated for your DD squad.

Your catchers equipment and batting gear (elbow pads/leg guard) are colored based on your teams 2ndary and tertiary colors you chose.
