Was really excited for Watson but just couldn’t get good exit velos with him. Sold him and bought Bryson, and this dude fking mashes. his swing feels a lot nicer and it feels like his power plays above his attributes

Thx. Thats good though, as not many are gonna take these cards now, and with collection coming, a Milestone Card is going to get very valuable, as there arent many of them yet....

I want to use my 3b CAP is dd, so I go into my cap and change to to be the "active" CAP, yet.....when I go into DD, all I see is my 2b CAP still, even though the 3b is active.

When I even go to load the cap and select the 2b one, is asks me to choose the active loadout, which strangely shows as my 3b, and I select that load out, but it still shows the 2b card and out of position.

I have tried everything to fix this.....but not sure what I am doing wrong. Any one have this issue?

I only have one cap but I wonder if it's just a visual error. Does your out of position cap okay good D or does he make errors? If he plays good D when it says out of position I wonder if it's a visual glitch. SDS hasn't been able to figure that out somehow for years. The cap always looks like a bronze [censored] in the main screen but in game his attributes are accurate. SDS could mess up a hot shower.

Unless they put them in Rewind packs later; you can only buy them off the market now.

Ok cool ty. Wanted to check before I bought.....those 2nd half cards from even got ridiculously expensive last year, as did the other event rewards when the first collection came out!

That's why I bought 5 of Soriano and 5 of Nolan. Even if I lock one of each in and they go for around 100K; I just flipped 100K into 800K

Ive been having an issue since last year where my PSN account is linked to ShowNation but once i login, it says "error occurred" and kicks me out. 2 days in a row, Miguel sent me the link for the FAQ section, said "im sorry this is happening" and closed the ticket. Its literally a problem on their end, not mine....but their only solution is to send me a useless link and tell me to have a nice day.

The repayable ones get reset to 0 after completing, but the points should still count

Thanks! MLB the Show is the only game I play and I only play offline DD and really missed out on the Stadium Creator last year. Between that and the new changes they've made to MTO, getting very excited about MLBtheShow22 now and figured it was time to take the plunge! Under 300 bucks now, so why not!

SDS is a joke this year - they couldn't even put 3 guys as the final bosses for 10th inning - so weak

I'm sure it's an extremely unpopular idea, but I kind of wish the progression from live series to 99s was a bit slower and more gradual. In my perfect world, it wouldn't even be possible to earn a non-live series diamond card until at least a month or two into the game cycle and 99s would be unobtainable by anyone except the diehards who are dedicated enough to stick it out for most of the year.

I would say more than two-thirds of the player base don't play this game year-round. I would say half of them leave in September. Most others leave at the end of the real world World Series. If they held out the 99s until the end of the year they would only be a peezing and extremely small group of people and that would completely turn me off and I play through October

My suggestion in the original post isn't to not have 99's earlier. It is to potentially eliminate Topps now and Finest, and tie them directly into their LS Cards instead. You could still have POTM and 99 Flashbacks and Legends, but the idea is to give the LS more relevance, and to not have a bunch of LS and Topps Now cards that hardly anyone ever uses.

The content team is a 10/10. The gameplay team is a 6/10. Sds feeds us so much content to the point we are like addicts. I'm not complaining, I love it. At the same time they hand out so much content that no one even brings up gameplay. Sds knows what they're doing. Release shiny new cards and ignore the non pci hrs and horrible baserunning. Geniuses. We are the chumps.

It is a lot easier to create content than handle coding issues. Content will keep people interested. Gameplay will eventually level off since people get tired of playing the same game. There are tons of threads in this forum and on Reddit about in game issues.

I remember paying over 100k for him, betts, and tatis to complete the collection. And over 200k for degrom, acuna, and Cole. Crazy.

Is it like this every year? If so I may just wait out the collection next year and enjoy some of the lower rated cards.

I think it will be Matt Kemp George Brett and Pedro Martinez. Just a wild guess

I do agree that it will likely be Schwarber, and he is VERY deserving (although he still cant hit LHers and he will only really have any value IF he has a C secondary (where he has literally played in 1 Game Since the 2017 season)......but Ohtani is doing something that hasnt been done since the days of Babe Ruth. He has a 13 HR and 1.300+ OPS in June (.150 more than Schwarber, and as a pitcher in june, 4 starts, 2 wins, 23 IP, just 5 walks and 32 K with a 1.08 WHIP (he has 1 more start tonight as well)

I just don't think they would put out another "higher" card of Ohtani out right now already. It's Schwarber. It's the highest peak for him. SDS has bigger plans for Ohtani and we will get it later on.
