Congrats to the Astros for their first WS championship!!!

WOW!!! Such a great night for baseball!!! Phillies win over Atlanta, Astros over Mariners in a 18 innings game (2 games worth lol) and at the time I'm posting this, San Diego just took the lead 5-3 in an amazing 7th inning.... every games has been so great!!! Gotta love october baseball!!!

Forgot to mention the Guardians win over NY!!

I would have liked to see the Mariners come away to keep the series going. It was the Astros who were going to win the series anyway though. I didn’t get to see Phillies v. ATL. The Mariners, I guess they weren’t going out without a fight. Here’s to October Baseball!

The serie Seattle-Houston could have been 2-1 now for sure!! If SEA did not let go of the 1st game like they did this serie is still going.... Tonigh's game could have been both ways for sure!!!

The Phillies took me by surprise too!! But gotta love that kind of spirit and energy from a team, what about the inside-the-parker too!!

No-doubt HR should be counted as soon as it is hit so at least we could get the points for that. I really don't understand what dashboarding actually do for anybody. It actually takes more time to play another game then just wait for the animation to end and then quit properly. Besides the fact that the dumb*** doing it must think "HeS NoT gOnNa GeT aNy ReWaRdS oN mE!!!! MUUUuH!!!!" it doesnt do anything..... I do quit games but I just quit via the menu when its available like grown ups do....

Unfortunately, player input means almost nothing in this game as SDS determines the outcome. Dude!! That is so true... This game is rigged and it's obvious.... I actually just finished a game against a guy taking its sweet a** time pitching... couldnt hit, I had a 8,2 inning perfect game but lost it to a single in bottom of the 9th... so this game goes in 10th, I cant score a run, he comes to the plate, I get his 1st bast out on a popup, then a grounder to 2nd base, his runner (99 speed) goes to 3rd so now its 2 out and 99 speed on 3rd base. He puts Kwan (84 speed) at bat, and he bunts... I was sure he was gonna do that so I pitched a FB up and in that ended inside and out of the box.... he gets a bunt toward 1st anyways, my 1st baseman Pujols takes his SWEEEEEEEET time to field the ball while my pitcher Grayson ALSO takes his SWEEEEET time to go to first.... no reason to rush its just the game on the line 🥴 so Kwan is safe on 1st and I lose the game... I dont care W or L in RS I just grind the innings but FFS does it suck to lose that way... thats one example of stupid outcome i went through but I have a truck load of examples... like that... less on online play but it still happens.... game is rigged no doubt about it, especially against CPU... If you play the game enough yoh get to see some patterns... just sucks that skills (or lack of... ) account for maybe 20-30% of an outcome sometimes... there are games though that are fair i think and I wonder why that is... why sometimes the game decides some outcome and other time its more relying on people playing...

So I finally chose Piazza... I got Zack Britton in the Forever program and he was the 30th Milestone card I needed to complete the collection. Also as @Mothers-Milk237 and @Blind_Bleeder said theres a crapton of good pitchers and less catchers.... and I still needed 10 Finest cards to complete that collection... I did not tried it yet but I did hit good with him with the Takashi Okazaki card...

Have tried to do the Slugfest mission? 5HRs in 1 game on All-Stars.... I just don't see that happening lol!!!! Everything off the plate for easy BBs or HBPs and when it's in there its often 3 digits FB or when you hit the ball it's right at someone, diving, foul.... so 5 HR in 1 game hahahha I don't think so

I don't know if SDS can do something like that, but maybe having them boosted when they play together in a game could be nice. Having them supecharged or parallell 5 when together... something along these lines...

Yup! You read that right! I was playing RS, I'm the home team in Old Yankees Stadium, 2nd inning. I have 2022 Finest Aaron Nola on the mound. I pitch a 95mph 4SFB low in the zone a bit outside the zone... My opponent has A.J. Burnett at the plate, hits the 4FSB for a NO-DOUBT 362 feet HOMERUN in left field.... YEP!!! not only is it a HR but it was a no-doubter.... Burnett has 15 CONTACT R and 26 POW R (for this player) and hits a no-doubter... I'm fine with pitchers hittings HRs but this one was ridiculous.... In the meantime, we have hitters with 3 digits stats that hits the ball properly on the high dot on the PCI that end up being nothing mutch besides than flyouts or others bloopers.... I really hope SDS fix the hitting device for 23.....

So I just played a game where my classy opponent tought he was actually a superior human being. So in the 7th inning, he hits a 1 run HR on a 0-2 count... then sends me lovely messages "hahahaha" "0-2 mistake" "Stupid on your part" "ROOKIE" "THAT'S A LOSS" then audio message saying "Like brooo! You s***! You lost the game my bro!!" (we are in 7th at that point) "Why are you still playing" "scrubs" "Why do you even play the game my dude"........ He actually bunted like 6-7 times I think and was safe once, so yeah not an amazing hitter lol! And also got caught out on bad running decisions.... He won the game 2-0... with a bunt

Also, I forgot to say that in the first 3 innings he went in and out the pause menu more times then I did last month lol!!! He also had a 361-362 record so before that game he was just under .500 .... I mean it's not horrible by any means but not an awesome record lol!!! At the time I'm writing this he is actually 358-362.....

There was another time where my opponent sent me a message in french where I'm pretty sure he tought I would not understand... French is my first language He sent me (I'm translating) " you are fg bad" At that point in time i'm leading the game.... So I answer back (in french) " lol what!? " at the end of the game I sent him back "you can tell people that they are fg bad all you want but at least try not to loose 8-0 with 15K's" never heard back of him lol I guess he did not expect to be undersrood haha!

So I was wondering if you had any other interactions of that kind with people... could be nice to read that!!

I played a game a few days ago and my opponent got a no-doubt HR with A.J. Burnett (I made a post on that).... not the first I've seen an unpowered player hit a bomb in the stands in this game on balls nowhere near a place in the zone where he could hit it that far.... Happens quite often against CPU...

I once sent a message to a guy that was doing the R2 [censored] on each and every pitch with each hitter.... he did that the whole game.... I sent him a message in the 3rd inning telling that the only thing he was doing is making the game 20-30 min longer for nothing and I knew that he was doing this only to annoy me so Inquit and he gets the easy W... I told him I was not going anywhere and played the whole 9 innings.... that I ended up winning easily....

Just saw that video lol!! I wonder if those guys play this game too!!! I mean, if they're gonna cheat for that competition they might also cheat in here too lol At least, they had consequences for cheating....

Since a few days when I play Ranked season it seems I'm having a hard time with my timing on many games.... some are OK but many games I play I just don't seem to get timing right.... the thing is I don't have nearly the same problems when I play CPU on All-Star..... something is totally wrong with online timing, at least in RS....

Anybody else has connection issue?? I've been kicked out of Daily moments becsuse of that. Then went on for a Ranked season game and got kicked out during the intro and I got the L.... Getting punished for no reason.... And then I got kicked out of Diamond dynasty main screen... Something is not right.... My internet is all good... but lately I've been having the PSN message saying that I got disconnected but when I check everything is good and does not kick me out or DD or nothing...

Update: 40 min after that text, I've been kicked out again and again of RS and/or DD mode and got the L each time... Again, when I check my connections everything is good.... doesn't make much sense...

If you had the choice between Finest Mike Piazza and Milestone Randy Johnson, who would you choose...??

Hahaha!! Thats Showdown in a nutshell lol!!!! Showdown is the worst thing in this game..... I've played each one of them this year and I know I completed 1 for sure (Finest showdown) because it was required for the Finest program and maybe 1 or 2 others but I don't remember.... Each and every time it's been the exact same pattern: 1st try I get to the last boss or the one before last pretty easily. 2nd try I get my [censored] kicked on the first or second boss and 3rd try its an in-between.... It's been like that for EACH. AND. EVERY. ONE. of the showdowns this year.... I always try them to see how it is but like I said I almost never complete them... waste of time because too stupid and not worth it....
