Hi, any tips/tricks on how to get stolen bases against the CPU?

The only way I'm able to get 99 Miguel Cabrera from the Ghosts and Ghouls program is to get 10 SBs since I can't do the event mission anymore.

You can finish the map then go back and get the steal fans done. there are 3- stl 3 by 3rd turn, 6 by 6th turn and stl 9 by 9th turn.

Quick question...in the Kraken Conquest, I was able to beat the 6 stronghold on the first 6 turns objectives; HOWEVER, I missed getting "steal 3 mil fans before the end of your 3rd turn."

Can I play the rest of the Conquest out and then restart to finish off that 3 million fan objective? and then it'll count as completed?

or do I need to restart it all now?!

I haven't bought packs...but I have pulled diamonds.....you know...the ones that go for 3,000 stubs. Have yet to pull anything of great significance. Thus, I'm still missing baasically ALL LS cards that are priced over 100,000 stubs

I play all my home games at my created park with max elevation to hit bombs lol. I do play the postseason on Rookie to make sure I win the championship. I have been playing regular season on Veteran and All-star for some better competition to help me play online some.

Thanks for the advice! I must admit that I'm not very good. So, I play the entire season on Rookie. I seem to win the regular season games rather easily (usually 4+ runs without allowing any runs). But it seems to be in the playoffs, even on Rookie, I need to squeak out 1-0 games and the series goes 4 or 5 games. LMAO

For those that do play this mode....once you clinch a playoff spot, do you forfeit (quit) regular season games to start the playoffs sooner (and get the XP rewards)?

This is only my 2nd season I've played and I have about a 15 game cushion with 4 games left. Anything wrong with just skipping ahead to the postseason?

I've heard the first one is typically Memorial Day weekend.....

Am I correct in my calculation that you need to complete the Showdown to have enough pts to complete the program?

I despise those....so hopefully I'm missing something....

Kinda new here and I know people are complaining about not being able to complete the 10 pts for getting the 2,000 XPs with April Topps Now players if they already locked them in.

My question is: I heard that you can buy some diamonds off the market and use them to get those 10 points. But I already have some "Topps Now" players, why can't I use those? So I'm confused as to which players to buy off the market that would count?

Don't have him yet, but using his 78 Rookie card has been pretty good for me (against the CPU) LOL

But the bottom right with the 2 blue stars is like the same thing?

What do the stars in the bottom right corner of the cards mean? For example, the #2 on this card...

If you read into that guys tweets more he says that he was able to redeem bought stubs over and over again without being charged for them. Considering it happened again today, its possible someone else had this glitch happen. This needs to be addressed big time

LMAO! I was being slightly sarcastic, but it's definitely slimmer margins than last year (although I started later in the year last year)

I don't pay close enough attention.....but I get the feeling that they don't actually reflect performance on the field sometimes. You think a player is playing great and is at a gold 84....and he doesn't get bumped. And vice-versa. But I could be wrong...
