I feel for ya. Wasn’t a good trade for the NYM. Don’t know if he’ll get a Topps Now, no hits yet. But he’s made some great plays.

I think this would be fun. We all need some practice robbing HRs and moments could use a little variety.

I just played a dude on my lunch break. Game freezing mid pitch. Fastballs looked 200 mph. Legit 5 second lag on defense and with base running. There were a number of times I couldn’t even select the pitch I wanted and had to throw something else.

I love this game. But if anything is ever going to make me quit, it’s this. Win or lose, it’s just not enjoyable when a game has issues like this.

Been saying this for years. This game on fiber in KC is horrendous and gets worse the less people play.

I can't get anyone out on wired fiber and wireless fiber. Feels like I am throwing slow pitch softball.
I'm undefeated on t-mobile hot spot. Think my next venture is trying vpn through Miami.

I rarely had issues until this year. I lived in a rural area with 150-200 mbps cable internet and played on Wi-Fi. This year I moved to Wrigleyville and play on wired 900-950 mbps cable and frequently have severe lag issues. Makes no sense.

I have google fiber in KC. Almost every team name I run into are 1000+ miles away. I see a lot of NY, Boston, Phila, etc team names and gameplay is bad. My favorites are the 120 mph warping pitches and the nice delay in tagging up.

My guess is you are getting matched up with people far away and it is connecting with the closer server to your opponent. In my experience it only gets worse the more people leave. I literally feel like I am throwing slow pitch softball. I have been looking into this for years.

I watch OhChev a lot and almost everyone he plays is regional. My opponents are halfway across the country. He still sees the connection issues sometimes. Not even remotely close to what I see them.

Sounds like you should be talking to your ISP with all these connection issues you're having. I'm on the west coast and play people on the east coast all the time and never have any of the issues you're talking about. And I'm on Wifi.

Playing on WiFi is part of the reason people see warping pitches. Games may not lag or drop frames but swinging the bat and timing windows will feel “different”.

For you it may seem like it always does but for him with fiber the game will feel totally different.

That makes absolutely no sense, but whatever makes you feel better I guess.

Small sample size but I'm undefeated on my mobile hot spot. Wired fiber I can't get anyone out. Same person, very different results.

Yea dude. Should be a fun year. Defense is top tier and pitching has a lot of depth. Losing Contreras to the birds will hurt, at least on the offensive side. You’ll love him. He plays with passion.

It's because he went to the Padres who are clearly a cursed team. Best closer in baseball for 5 years and all of a sudden he's being taken out of a game and replaced by Wil Myers. His era with the Padres is over 25.00.

As for dominant lefties, I think maybe an Andrew Miller might be in the future. But Wagner and Chapman just made a huge splash.

This should be interesting. It seems like they either will really fix it, or their inability to do so will be on full display tomorrow as I'm assuming there will be moments, the event, showdowns etc locked at FOD.
